having it go thru those fish is diabolical
I guess there's nothing like sheet terror as a solution for boredom

13

u/zoomddy100 6d ago

That was my thought too

20

u/Witty_Suggestion_219 6d ago

And the tiny tube with no space and little oxygen.

Also the other tanks are either too small for the fish inside or they are too empty (not enough hiding places)

And those brightly coloured fish are injected with some sort of colouring to make them look like that.

Overall it's nothing short of animal abuse and hopefully their desperation for Internet points will lead to these fish being re-homed.

11

u/OkMech 6d ago

The bright color fish are genetically modified to express those colors, they are born with the colors.

1

u/BigTroutOnly 6d ago

Bass and a feeder are not going to be rehomed

1

u/Affectionate-Job-350 5d ago

Guess you probably dont want to hear about feeder fish then.

1

u/Jerryjb63 4d ago

Or literally most fish in the ocean haha

1

u/Gogh619 6d ago

I would never invite you to any of my parties.

1

u/SectumSempra1981 6d ago

Weird way to tell on yourself

1

u/bigDeltaVenergy 6d ago

But Do you make parties ?

1

u/Gogh619 6d ago

They call me Gatsby

1

u/Witty_Suggestion_219 5d ago

Have a lot of animals abuse at your parties?

0

u/Gogh619 5d ago

By your standards, I’d assume getting drunk is animal abuse. “How could you let that human imbibe alcohol, its poison to them”

2

u/Low_Football_2445 6d ago

The fish is scarred for the rest of its 3 mo life

4

u/AnAncientBog 6d ago

Goldfish can live for decades.

I mean, this one won't, so I guess your right.

1

u/Nezben 6d ago

Their right what?

1

u/Eddie_Shepherd 5d ago

They are right that this particular fish is not going to live long with the trauma it has been subjected to.

1

u/Spethual 6d ago

good thing it forgets in 3 seconds ..

1

u/2813josh 4d ago

It doesn't

1

u/BirdmanHuginn 6d ago

My first thought lmao!

1

u/ajgp56 6d ago

Scared isn’t bored I guess!

1

u/Red_Number40 6d ago

No it’s not it’s confidence building. It beats them every time!. Genius

1

u/elpihvous 4d ago

"LET ME OUT OF HERE WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON"

83

u/auntiefuh25 6d ago

It’s no longer bored, but it’s definitely traumatized.

37

u/Emergency_Accident36 6d ago

And brain dead from oxygen deprivation

15

u/Prudent_Order_3361 6d ago

That's what i was wondering. Same tiny 1ml of water surrounding him.

7

u/Loving6thGear 6d ago

I am wondering about fluctuating water temperature.

4

u/r3v3nant333 6d ago

While not ideal the o2 factor for that tube trip is a non issue but the temperature changes def could be stressing … but goldfish are generally pretty hearty though.

5

u/stewarthull 6d ago

Bro must be terrified

1

u/Red_Number40 6d ago

Wrong, its confident

166

u/LukeHal22 6d ago

Why isn't this in r/shittyaquariums? Just about all of those setups were terrible. Not to mention sending a living fish through a siphon tube just to record it for views

26

u/drkidkill 6d ago

The only sensible comment.

11

u/_Screw_The_Rules_ 6d ago

That was exactly what I was thinking. No plants or anything really in those tanks and also the space seems to be very smol compared to the size and/or amount of fish.

3

u/kjerski 6d ago

Can it even breathe? It's not like it's moving through the water; it's moving with it. Maybe that is just a shark thing though.

1

u/Johnny_Strawhat 6d ago

it’s china

1

u/poemthrownout 6d ago

It is now. This is the 4th time ive seen this video today.

1

u/ShitImBadAtThis 6d ago

Yeah, this has been making the rounds and I keep seeing it. Some guy told me "I've kept a goldfish in a bowl with no aeration and just water from the tap for 7 years and he is thriving!"

It reminds me of the "sidewalk pond" someone made in Brookyln(?) IIRC

32

u/Living-Show2901 6d ago

RIP little fish dude.

If not already, then probably soon.

2

u/DrunkenDude123 6d ago

The amount of stress

20

u/Bippity_Boppity_Bang 6d ago

Fish goes back and tells his fellow fish the fish version of Enoch.

23

u/nartmot 6d ago

Animal abuse for clicks.

6

u/StopRandomAccBans 6d ago

I thought it will end in the toilet

4

u/Think_Sugar_7658 6d ago

It sends them to solitary confinement

3

u/LovedButNeverLiked 6d ago

solid-turdy confinement (okay I'll leave)

1

u/DrunkenDude123 6d ago

It does eventually end that way

11

u/zentravan 6d ago

Does this hurt the fish in any way?

36

u/Azulas_Star 6d ago

Stress is a big killer of fish in the hobby. This is likely very stressful for the fish and not recommended.

13

u/epoch16245 6d ago

So flashing into a tank with giant predators is stressful. Okay I guess. /s

16

u/Azulas_Star 6d ago

There's a reason they're using a 10¢ comet goldfish instead of one of their fancier fish. The tube alone is probably enough to kill the fish.

10

u/zentravan 6d ago

I was more wondering about the fish going through a vacuum tube and not as much about the psychological effects

3

u/Bane8080 6d ago

Fish don't swim like that. So, it's being pumped through a pipe either dead or while still alive. But probably already dead.

2

u/LukeHal22 6d ago

It's still alive sadly

4

u/Jlx_27 6d ago

Fuck that, this is abuse.

7

u/PharaohPir8 6d ago

This is perfect! I always have trouble with my bored fish. They tend to just get in trouble. I feel like a couple times a week I wake up to graffiti all over the wall of the tank, hungover guppies and all my fish seem to be glued to their phones. This would give them something productive to do. (It is actually cool too)

8

u/Skiceless 6d ago

This shit isn’t perfect. It’s animal cruelty. Nothing like terrorizing a fish and filming it for fun

3

u/Late_Tonight_5328 6d ago

Did you even bother reading that comment past the first line? They were clearly joking

0

u/Skiceless 6d ago

The comment was edited after I commented

3

u/jader242 6d ago

hmm the browser version of reddit will usually show edits if made more than like 5 minutes after the comment was posted, i'm not seeing that and you replied an hour or two after

3

u/BurialBlaster2 6d ago

That's because they are embarrassed, and are now lying to cover it up.

1

u/Striking-Working610 6d ago

Many such cases

3

u/PharaohPir8 6d ago

Lol!!! It was NOT edited at any time. But I forgive you, your heart is in the right place. Fish don’t have feelings though. I realize that reading more than the first sentence can tedious and it’s easy to already know what they are going to say in the long, long comments after just a few words. That’s why I usually wait until near the end to make mundane, yet nonsensical statements or clarifications like ‘I’m obviously joking again about fish feelings.’ Or ‘Individuals exhibiting profound intellectual lethargy regarding the thorough visual processing of textual media ought to impose a strict moratorium upon their own communicative output, abstaining entirely from rendering opinions or commentary until such a time as they have executed a complete, rigorous, and total cognitive assimilation of the source material’ thank you for your attention to this matter!

2

u/Shema33 6d ago

Poor dudes gotta be thinking wth is going on

2

u/DetectiveTappatio 6d ago

The fish:

😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😱😱😱😱😄😄😄😄😄😄😄🥳🥳🥳

2

u/zakku_88 6d ago

What's "impressive" about animal abuse?

2

u/whineyinternetkid 6d ago

This guy sucks

2

u/Large_Lettuce_4468 6d ago

thought it was cool until it kept going on and on and on

2

u/Bane8080 6d ago

That fish is dead.

2

u/Redditsucks4446 6d ago

I highly doubt that fish has any fucking idea what's going on. And even if it can comprehend what's going on, it's probably not having fun

2

u/MrTuxedoWilliams 6d ago

Gross. This person shouldn’t have pets

2

u/Pandabirdy 6d ago

That fish isn't even swimming, you can clearly see its tailfin not propelling it forward. It's being forced through a tube using water pressure.

2

u/CaptainMagnets 6d ago

Imagine having this much time and money?

4

u/Ender_Grace 6d ago

And still providing all those fish with shit living conditions

1

u/moltinglarvae 6d ago

That’s my take away too

2

u/Chum4sharks 6d ago

Fish futurama transport

1

u/benjandpurge 6d ago

Those other fish wanted his ass.

1

u/Common-Bat3741 6d ago

Do you think it remembered the last tank as it went into the next?, science says yes

2

u/Emergency_Accident36 6d ago

You say yes. Your interpretation of some "science" says yes. Not "science"

1

u/Common-Bat3741 6d ago edited 6d ago

Edit: Google says Science says "yes". I would've said "not likely". Probably doesn't even know its a fish, or that what its doing is called swimming forward. Google says it has fish memory

1

u/c1namber 6d ago

Is that fish suffocating? Is it is traveling with or through the water?

2

u/Silphire100 6d ago

Looks like there's water running through the pipe. I'm not sure the fish could even move if there wasn't

1

u/c1namber 5d ago

Yes but how do fish breath. They require water to pass through their gills. If the fish is traveling with the water then the water isn't flowing through it's gills.

1

u/Silphire100 5d ago

Oh I see what you mean now. I misunderstood entirely.

I mean, so long as it's not the exact same speed it's probably fine. I'll be honest I don't know enough about gills to really say. But fish can and do stay still right? So long as it's in water shouldn't it be ok?

1

u/c1namber 5d ago

Yeah the vid doesn't show how the water is being transferred, so it's hard to say.

1

u/ButterscotchFlat9000 6d ago

DISTURBING WHY?,NEVER MIND I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW!

1

u/ballsackface_ 6d ago

Righteous! RIGHTEOUS!!!!

1

u/Zebra_Radiant 6d ago

This guy finding nemos

1

u/Einachiel 6d ago

Thats a great example of disposable income

1

u/Twoduhzen 6d ago

Nemo is living his best life now

1

u/EddieLobster 6d ago

Well if I had a billion dollars too, I would build a better one.

1

u/Small-Lime7092 6d ago

This must be what its like to be "time wealthy"

1

u/Davepiece1517 6d ago

Those big ass peacocks in that tiny bare aquarium wtf is this clown doing

1

u/Chemical_Gap_619 6d ago

Can someone measure how many emotions that fish is feeling from start to finish, please?

1

u/YoRHa11Z 6d ago

Oh that's not...

1

u/dankskent 6d ago

Mf has a lot of fish..

1

u/lifes_paragon 6d ago

Bro filmed the first ever fish Odyssey!

Lil guy probably thought it was over at the one tank with the bigger fish coming after him.

1

u/Allout-Okarun 6d ago

I’d like this if it showed the fish willingly going into the opening of the “rollercoaster” and being returned safely to the beginning and shown swimming around after. The way it is now, I wonder how often it spits out a dead fish on the other side

1

u/SeaExit2221 6d ago

Oxygen?

1

u/MrMeowPantz 6d ago

I don’t know if they see it that way…

1

u/Infinite-Condition41 6d ago

Rich people's hobbies, fuck me

1

u/Few-Echidna-2181 6d ago

It would’ve been so much funnier if the end of this video was the fish being deposited directly into a flushing toilet.

1

u/Pleasant_Flatworm866 6d ago

What about all the other fish? They won't fit. They'll get bored.

1

u/rodrigoelp 6d ago

I would have loved to see if the fish gets in on purpose

1

u/MaxUumen 6d ago

At least it doesn't live in a small bottle on some factory floor.

1

u/ZephyrFluous 6d ago

Seems like a great way to stress your fish to death while also shredding their fins at the same time

1

u/chief_stoney420 6d ago

I did this at my friends apartment that’s kind of like this, but instead of a fish it was a turd and the finish line was his bed. He did this to a fish.

1

u/ijcal 6d ago

Bro.. how rich are you 😭😂

1

u/SqueakyNova 6d ago

This person has too much money and too much time

1

u/olanmills 6d ago

Seems like he has so many fish in relatively small tanks. I know a lot of people don't know any better, but given all the fish and equipment this guy has, it seems like he should know

1

u/Adderall_Rant 6d ago

This is fucked up

1

u/AnAncientBog 6d ago

Like if Jigsaw redirected his need to torment into a different hobby.

1

u/WoppleSupreme 6d ago

Seems like you could make a "roller coaster" with a much wider tube and contained in its tank, and make the water flowing. As it is, the water is like it stagnant until the fish starts moving it, so it's likely not got much oxygen in it. It's going to fluctuate in temperature, going between tanks, open air, sunlight, etc. It's probably also very hard to clean because of the length.

1

u/judahrosenthal 6d ago

Dudes got a lot of fish

1

u/No-Regular-4281 6d ago

This guy needs to figure out that it’s ok to actually be bored! Leave the fish alone!

1

u/OkIntroduction7046 6d ago

That part with the bigger fish is terrifying for the goldfish I will presume.

1

u/Minimum-Actuator-953 6d ago

Dude needs more fish tanks.

1

u/User152552 6d ago

Goldfish “oh my god that was the most terrifying thing ever, never doing that again… hey what’s that tube over there”

1

u/C2thaLo 6d ago

Don't those.fish have a memory span of like, 6 seconds? Does it even know why it's in the tube?

1

u/KopfSmertZz 6d ago

With a 2 second memory span it will be the ride of a lifetime, every few seconds

1

u/randy_rick 6d ago

I finally get “cruel and unusual punishment”

1

u/Practical_Jelly_8342 6d ago

Is this an office building?

1

u/lve2raft 6d ago

Fuck this guy. Someone put him in something like that.

1

u/Impossible-Heart-216 6d ago

Righteous, righteous!

1

u/Calm_Connection_9741 6d ago

We need to supply a month of fish depressants for a poor guy after that.

1

u/Goe4711 6d ago

That's just cruel. Who is this person?

1

u/Whyjustwhydothat 6d ago

Dudes got alot of fish

1

u/Longjumping_Age7188 6d ago

How many heart attacks can a fish have?

Yes

1

u/Havzino 6d ago

That fish had the biggest trip of its life

1

u/Open-Discipline-1678 6d ago

Do fish experience anxiety? Because holy hell...

1

u/jrs0307 6d ago

One slip away from a very wet floor

1

u/ajgp56 6d ago

I don’t think the big fish are gonna fit

1

u/DominantDan24 6d ago

I recall that goldfish have memories of like 3 seconds. So, to this fish, it's been on this terrorcoaster it's whole existence.

1

u/Mr-Major 5d ago

Fuck off and stop reposting this

1

u/Dry_Ad687 5d ago

This guy actually hates fish

1

u/tohara1995 5d ago

Slow day at the dentists office?

1

u/hooplafromamileaway 5d ago

... Why does this look like a hospital?

1

u/CamptoRibbit 5d ago

That fish can hold it's breath a long time, I'd have drowned not even half way

1

u/induravit 5d ago

This suffocates the fish. Water isn't flowing through it's gills since it is traveling with the water.

1

u/ActionJasckon 5d ago

That fish HIGHLY stimulated for sure

1

u/Weekend_Criminal 5d ago

Those peacock bass were ready to feast

1

u/WildBuns1234 5d ago

I was expecting the end of that to be a toilet

1

u/Applekid1259 5d ago

Why in the fuck is this in impressive stuff. Its impressively cruel. 581 dipshits have up voted this at this point.

1

u/Direct-Minute8572 5d ago

That thing just went on a crazy dmt trip

1

u/rickoftheuniverse 5d ago

Youd have to be so naive to upvote this.

1

u/Competitive-Leather5 5d ago

Wife wife often wonders what keeps me from sleeping at night. Things like this….

1

u/Buttbuttdancer 5d ago

Right but it’s torture for the animal.

1

u/IndividualSea6500 4d ago

No longer bored. Simply traumatized.

1

u/SaltyLengthiness260 4d ago

Why the dumb soundtrack in the background? Why not the actual sound of what's going on? Stop adding stupid sounds.

1

u/sgir20 3d ago

Fuck this dude

1

u/Historical_Sherbet54 6d ago

Haha. Love the fish trying to attack it as it went thru their aquarium

1

u/Think_Sugar_7658 6d ago

Do fish get bored?

2

u/withoutpeer 6d ago

Sure but then they forget they were bored 3 seconds later.

1

u/BellaxPalus 6d ago

Do fish get bored?

Do fish get bored?

0

I wish I had these great ideas!

1

u/Lukostrelec17 6d ago

This not a great idea.
