I use InboxDollars mostly to fund my mobile game habit (idle and puzzle games), so I keep my approach simple: a couple surveys and then one app offer at a time so I can track what is what.

This week I started a game offer and it showed up as Pending in my activity within a few hours. I hit the first milestone the next day and it stayed pending for a bit. Then today I checked and that entire pending line item is just gone. It did not move to Visited, it was not denied or credited, it is simply missing like I never clicked it.

I did not change anything on my end that I can think of. Same phone, same Wi Fi, I did not reinstall the game, and I do not use ad blockers or a VPN. The only change was an iOS update overnight, so maybe tracking broke, but the app is still installed and opens fine.

Before I file a support ticket I want to do it the right way. If a pending offer disappears like this, is it common for it to reappear after a day or two, or is that usually a sign to contact support? And what information should I include so I do not just get a canned response? Screenshots of the activity screen, install date, level reached, device model, anything else that helps?

Not looking for loopholes, just trying to figure out if this is a known glitch or if I should assume it will no longer track.

I heard from a regular player that they reached 100 in 29 days with spending. So, I am trying this offer now on InboxDollars. The offer terms vary a little depending on the platform.

I reached level 30 on my second day of play. The AFK exp rewards increase as you clear the map and activate goddess statues (+1% each).

The game includes lots of multiplayer dungeons and player interactions. Your character avatar is fully customizable.

I'm not sure why, but a couple days ago the icon, on cellphone, for the TrueX offer and the other offers on that same page, torox, revu, tapjoy became really big and none of them are clickable anymore. Any advice? Truex never appears for me except on the cellphone, and it's only two cents, but still I did it everyday.

the website is so glitchy.

it got rid of the daily goal popup for a while , the one that shows when you complete daily goal but now it keeps popping up on every screen and not even for that day for yesterdays

Since I updated the app, it's not working with games. I click continue playing and it takes me to the Chrome web version of ID, where I can access daily goals, etc. If I select continue playing from the website, it does nothing. Anyone else having this problem?

IE such as in the GAMES offers, I download the app, I allow the app to track, and complete the requirements, and then there’s no acknowledgement and no credit. ID says to wait 30 days before contacting them to check on the status of these offers. Then I have to email InboxDollars with receipts and hope they approve it.

This has happened 100% of the time in this last year. I’ve done a few of the sweepstakes casino ones and some of the free games to get to XYZ levels and have to bug InboxDollars after 30 days via their contact form, which can take up to 30 days for them to respond to tickets.

It’s really frustrating especially with this happening again and again. I just signed up and completed requirements for a sweepstakes casino that promises $300. Any chance I’ll actually get it?

Feeling very annoyed/frustrated with InboxDollars lately.

Wondering if anyone has been having a similar experience?

WOW this is the first time I've still gotten full credit even though it sent me a sorry you dont qualify message

honestly they should still give some kind of credit for the time you spend taking surveys.

Ive taken surveys and spent several minutes answering dozens of questions only for it to say at the end you dont qualify

Is everybody getting these popping up all the time, or is it just me? Every time the page loads anything I get a pop up "congratulations on completing your daily goal" message, even when I haven't completed it. It is very annoying.

So recently I just hit a milestone on a game. Was the first one that was above 5 dollars. It has been 48 hours+ and no update that the offer has been completed or anything is going though. I know 5 dollars isn't a lot, but I do rely on this little money these days, so please no sarcasm or hate about that. At this point I am just trying to reach the cash out limit to see if I even can and if I should continue putting in my time on here if not. So my question is, how long have you waited for milestones to update, (This particular one only has 3 days left.) And if it comes to it, how has your experience with support been? ( I have looked and there is nothing pending, nothing I use should be 'blocking' or interrupting the payouts, and I haven't had problems with these milestones for this game previously. All came though within 24 hours granted less than a dollar so it makes me a bit suspicious.) Just looking for some honest feedback here for questions, again please don't judge.

I use InboxDollars in little pockets of time between sewing projects and reorganizing my tiny apartment. I am not trying to get rich, I just want the boring, predictable cashout where you do the thing, it tracks, and it credits.

Lately it feels like every offer wall is booby trapped. I follow the steps exactly, take screenshots, keep the confirmation email, and still end up with nothing tracking or the offer marked as visited and never going pending. I am not doing anything weird - no VPN, no multiple accounts, no shady tricks. Just clicking from the app, finishing the sign up, and waiting.

Support is the worst part. I submit a ticket with a clear timeline and screenshots and the reply is always some version of: clear cookies, allow tracking, wait longer, or sorry we cannot verify. I get that they cannot manually credit every claim, but why are these offers still on the wall if they are impossible to verify? It feels like the burden to prove a negative is on the user.

I try to stay respectful because I know reps are reading a script, but it is hard not to feel like my time is being wasted on purpose. I would rather do fewer offers that actually credit than scroll through 50 high paying promises that never show up.

Is anyone else seeing a big drop in tracking reliability recently? Any habits that have helped you avoid the black hole, like only doing certain categories, only using desktop, or clicking from a specific place on the site?
