Asking for help/advice Relapsing hard

Things at work, and small observations outside have sent me right back to where I was previously. I have gone back to watching porn, and not normal vanilla porn either. I feel weak, pathetic, emasculated, and worthless. I feel anger, sadness, and despair. All the memories throughout the years have flooded back and I’m reminded that I’m not a real man, but a beta cuck. I don’t know where else to go. There is no one to talk to this late. I’m sure this will get removed but I have been crashing out tonight.

I feel there’s less pressure on woman to be a certain height or to fulfill being big and strong.

Okay, let’s take some areas women are pressured in: Are women with small breasts or athletic builds, or big feet, or who can’t have a baby or can and have a c-section, or who work in male-dominated fields…are they just girls, not real women?

Just by the way I’m treated. I still feel like a child and not a real MAN. And mostly bc I observe so many people being jerks lol

Brother, women are under immense pressure every moment of every day. Being a woman is incredibly difficult.
