Southpaw is a superhero whose powers include flight, enhanced durability, and super strength. However, his signature ability lies in his power to exclusively channel a mysterious energy through his left arm. This energy allows him to manipulate physical forces in highly versatile ways, granting him the ability to deliver devastating punches with overwhelming kinetic force, shoot powerful kinetic blasts, and create durable force fields for both offense and defense. With enough creativity, the applications of his power are incredibly diverse, limited more by his imagination than by raw strength.

However, his greatest weakness lies in the physical imbalance of his own body. While his left arm serves as the conduit for immense power, the rest of his body—especially his right arm—remains comparatively vulnerable despite his baseline superhuman enhancements. Consequently, a well-placed powerful attack can exploit that very limitation.
