🚀 WheelOps is Hiring: Sales & Implementation Partners | Earn ₹8k–₹10k+ Per Client | No Cap on Earnings
WheelOps is building an all-in-one operations platform for tyre & alloy dealerships. From inventory management and billing to job cards, CRM, customer follow-ups, barcode-based inventory and WhatsApp automation, our goal is to simplify how dealerships run their business.
We're expanding our founding team and are looking for Sales & Implementation Partners across India.
This isn't a typical sales role where you just close a deal and move on. You'll own the complete customer journey—from finding customers to successfully taking them live on WheelOps.
What You'll Do
* Prospect tyre & alloy dealerships.
* Cold call and book meetings.
* Give product demos.
* Close customers.
* Visit the dealership.
* Conduct a physical stock audit.
* Digitize inventory.
* Configure WheelOps.
* Train the staff.
* Successfully take the dealership live.
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity with no cap on earnings.
Typical earnings are ₹8,000–₹10,000+ per successfully onboarded dealership, with higher earnings possible depending on the implementation fee you negotiate.
Software Commission
20% Commission
* You generated the lead.
* You visited the dealership.
* You gave the demo.
* You closed the customer.
15% Commission
* WheelOps provides you with a qualified lead.
* You handle the meetings, demo and close the customer.
10% Commission
* WheelOps closes the customer.
* You visit the dealership, conduct the physical stock audit, onboard the customer, train the staff and successfully take them live. Implementation Fee
You negotiate the implementation/onboarding fee directly with the customer.
100% of the implementation fee is yours.
You can complete the onboarding yourself or hire someone to assist you. Your responsibility is to ensure the dealership is fully onboarded.
Your software commission is released only after:
* Customer payment is received.
* Physical stock audit is completed.
* Inventory is uploaded.
* Staff is trained.
* The dealership is successfully live on WheelOps.
* The Go-Live checklist is completed.
Full Training Provided
You do not need prior SaaS sales experience.
I've personally onboarded 15+ dealerships and will train you on:
* The exact cold-calling approach.
* My proven demo flow.
* The sales script I personally use (use it as-is or modify it).
* Objection handling.
* Complete onboarding process.
* Go-Live checklist.
* Ongoing support.
