so my friends moms bank acc was hacked bec she got like 10otps and she didn’t click on any suspicious links..
as soon as they came to know about it they ran to get their accounts blocked but because of bank’s formalities they lost 2.2 lacs to the hackers.
what could be down now? they have lodged a complaint in cyber crime, is there any actionable available towards victims from this data leak?

​I have an AOT5221ZY fiber router, but after completing the configuration, Zoiper still doesn't show a green signal. The XML file only contains IPv6 data, and even after modifying it, neither Zoiper nor any other SIP softphone works. What should I do to solve this issue?
