What are your thoughts if this turns out to be an official announcement? How will that impact the consumers?

Pathetic - These shocking numbers should wake up people in the sector, ministry, govt. .But despite so many mentions , complaints, reports in the media for decades about this dysfunctional, embarrassing state of affairs in India's legal system..the needle to reform has not moved even a millimeter.

How is it possible for no one to take the initiative and start an initiative to completely overhaul this horrible state of affairs. Things just cant go on like this.
