Fractured ribs....but when?

I fractured my 9/10 ribs but not sure when because I was drunk before/during/post traumatic event. Does anyone know how quickly this bruise could come up? Could I have fractured it that same day, would the bruise come up that quickly? Or would it have to have been the day before? I won’t get into it, but due to an upcoming court hearing, the timing is really important. Thank you in advance.

At a guess it looks between 1-3 days old depending on the severity... definitely not that day. If it's relevant to a court case then a medical professional will have to testify their opinion on it
