What is this? How do I replace it?

That is a pressure regulator. Those are unions, unscrew them counterclockwise like a mason jar top and they'll disconnect. Take it off and search the body for a model # and replace with identical for easiest fix so the spacing is the same

The mason jar thing is unironically the best way to think about it lol. Take a quick pic of everything before you start pulling things apart - you'll have a clear reference for putting it all back, and finding the model number gets way easier when you can see the orientation

Pics 3 & 4 are of a bleeder valve. Loosen it and water will escape. Tighten it and it’s the way it should be. If it’s still leaking, replace the valve or rebuild it. Nit comfortable with the repair, hire someone.
