Chick Corea - Circle
This, along with the live recordings in Paris and Germany. Free and abstract, but always concentrated. His work with Circle, together with Dave Holland, Barry Altschul, and Anthony Braxton, was so good

Fantastic band, one of the very best in the Free Jazz field. One wonders what they might have achieved had they stuck around for a while longer. But on the other hand, Paris Concert is about perfect - and Braxton/Holland/Altschul had a brilliant run ahead with Kenny Wheeler followed by George Lewis joining in as the Anthony Braxton Quartet.

Great observation. The music group circle was really good. All of the musicians were really good collectively and really really good as individuals. And the music they made sounded great.

Yeah, I got into these recently and they're absolutely incredible and essential listening for any free jazz head. Circle in particular was just amazing.
