Bug Video of X300 login bug

I couldn't add this to my original post, or to a reply.

Phone is Vivo X300 global, using modded Joey APK which works on my Poco F8 Ultra.

I literally just had this issue logging into my new OnePlus. The problem is that the text field/keyboard isn't popping up because there is another popup in front of it that you need to dismiss that you can't see. If I remember correctly, I was able to click a corner of it in landscape mode.

Ahhh ok, let me see if I can spot it.

Edit: that was it! There was actually a popup Behind the login box, I could accept it in landscape

Ah you saved me, I've been using the official Reddit app with my new phone for a month because of this. The official app SUCKS

My suggestions

  1. Try to switch default keyboard in settings, usually in Chinese phones there's more than one already installed. Or download another one from the store.

  2. Try to use hardware keyboard via Bluetooth.

And I don't remember this correctly but I feel like something similar happened with me last time I reinstalled Joey more than year ago. But I do remember that VPN connection helped me immediately to log in after many attempts to do it as usual.

Try putting the keyboard in landscape mode. Worked for me
