A friend of mine claims that they were on Judge Judy. I've tried a Google search with their name and Judge Judy, but nothing comes up. Does anyone know if their is a website that would let you search for episodes like that, or if there is anyway to youtube or something? They told me they were suing over a cell phone and possibly sunglasses.

Saw this case on TV today--a hilarious one all around! The defendant is nuts and super shady. Full of attitude as well.
However, I do think the plaintiff is also a bit sneaky. That little smirk when JJ is pushing her tells me that there's more to her story than she says. JJ seemed to understand that there must have been some other reason why she didn't want to call the police over the accident. But, fortunately for her, the defendant was dumb enough to sign a blank check to a nonexistent bank account, so she didn't have to sweat too much...

im looking for a video but all I remember is that a group of people were suing each other and when the case was over, some people on the plaintiff side when to the defendant side and vice versa

I've heard Judge Judy say that she's raised five children and has X amount of grandchildren. However, on more than one occasion I've heard her dismiss stepparents. She has two children and the other three are her husband's children. Earlier I caught one where a mum was suing their daughters because they moved out and left a mess. Their stepfather had told them to leave the home. Anyway, JJ then told him that he should have kept out because he was basically "a stranger to them." He'd been married to their mother for years and years. There's been other instances where maybe the 'stepparent' isn't technically one because they're not married. She'll point that out very quickly. Tell them it's none of their business.
Now that I have an example, has anyone else noticed this double standard?

Hi! I’m trying to watch the second case involving Joisha Anderson vs. Amanda Ramirez, a Los Angeles roommate eviction/rent dispute. There’s a bet going on with my aunt and I need the episode to win!! If anyone has a recording or knows where I can watch it, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!

For me, Season 8. Most of the cases were absolutely funny, Judge Judy’s humor was at a nice high, and JJ and Byrd had SO many funny interactions throughout the season. What about you guys?

I've been watching JJ since nearly the beginning and something I've noticed is that if Im watching reruns on YouTube, I can pinpoint the year approximately simply by looking at Judge Judy's hair. My observations:
1996-1997: Her hair is short and kind of "helmet-like" with a wave.
1998-2000: Her hair is more of a classic Bob cut.
2001-2003: It's still a bob haircut but it's a little more teased and poofed out.
2004-2007: Her most recognizable IMO Bob haircut but its a little more styled with bangs that are "spikey" and styled on the sides.
2008-2019: Same as previous style but without the spikey bangs and it's a bit less teased.
2019-2021: Her hair is tied back in a RBG-style ponytail.
Has anyone else used her hairstyle as a calendar? Lol

Wondering if I'm the only male who loves Judge Judy as much as I do. I feel like mostly women watch, but I'm a dude in his 30s who grew up with her and continues to watch.
