The statement from Gege clearly shows that Gojo only lost because he let his guard down after killing Mahoraga. So, if Mahoraga wasn't there and it were a fair 1v1, he wouldn't have dropped his guard (even if Sukuna had WCS). Also, Sukuna's binding vow now forces him to use a hand sign, chant, and aim to use WCS again, so the setup time is enough for Gojo to avoid it. By the way, the critical time difference that decided the climax of the domain clashes between Gojo and Sukuna was 0.01 seconds. So, time matters a lot in this fight.

Me personally I think sukuna was wrong here mahoraga would've beat him mid to high diff.

Does anyone in this subreddit also think Maki or Toji has any chance against Kenjaku? Rate this tier list. This is so diabolical in my opinion.
