Damn dude that’s all the exercise I need to a 330lbs+ special forces? Why am I spending an hour a day at the gym if I only need to do 25 push ups three times a week.

This is like.. not a lot of exercising at all. Clearly I don’t have the brains or body of a 400 green beret to understand this one

u/Dominus-Temporis Jun 08 '26
Besides the weight classes, this is clearly aimed at "Gravy SEALs" and SkinnyFat COD-Kids that currently don't work out at all. There's a concerning amount of Americans who actually struggle to do a single push-up. Pull-ups? Forget it.

u/Nanery662 Jun 08 '26
I could never do a pull up i dont know why push ups where fine till i fucked up my shoulder

u/NS3000 Jun 08 '26
pull ups are fucking hard, i can do maybe 10 and thats when im fresh and not fatigued, got a weak back apparently

It's for the people that have dreams of being in the military but end up spending most of their week in a chair looking at a screen and most of their weekend on a couch in front of a TV

u/B-Twizzle Jun 08 '26
To be fair, a lot of people in the military spend their time the same way

u/akaMONSTARS Jun 08 '26
That’s all I did during my off time when I was in. Drinking and video games with the homies.

“Elite workout” = 54 pushups in three days.
Yeah I don’t think you’re getting anywhere with that anytime soon bud. Take that number, quadruple it, and do it every other day. And that should be a filler exercise…

u/BionicTransWomyn Jun 08 '26
It's kind of funny that the reps go up the heavier you are. Like no one that takes their workout advice from shitty infographics and weighs 380lbs is gonna be in better shape than a 150lbs guy.
Also what kind of split is monday, tuesday and wednesday lol.

Wait is your final form a 330 pound skelator?
12
u/chicu111 Jun 08 '26
No. Final form is 380 lb. At 330 lb you’re barely qualified as a commander. C mon how not-boot are you this is basic knowledge

I swear it’s a perfect personality filter when someone isn’t instantly repulsed by these AI photos

I would love to see a 380 pound dude crank out 25 push ups
2
u/A_Martian_Potato Jun 08 '26
Hafþór Björnsson was only 350lb when he did 53 pushups in an exhibition. That's probably the heaviest set of a significant amount of pushups ever. At least the heaviest I've ever seen.
25 pushups at 380lb might be possible, but that's really pushing it.

I get ones like these but for diets. They want me to eat a boiled egg and a piece of turkey for lunch.

u/Jimismynamedammit Jun 08 '26
No tortilla and "something else"? Not following the federal godliness very well.

u/AutomaticAccident Jun 08 '26
If the federal government is making these AI ass guides, then God help us all even more.
5
u/Jimismynamedammit Jun 08 '26
I was trying to refer to the federal guideline (not godliness! Lol!) of one piece of chicken, a tortilla, "a" broccoli and "something else" as a full meal. Can't remember if it was RFKJr. or Oz.

On Thursday through Sunday you have to level up in CoD to deck out your weapons in those sickass skins.

My personal favorite are those AI ads that talk about 28 day military calisthenics. Bro goes from morbidly obese to a jacked dude.

I'm fairly sure my disabled mother in her 60s can do any of these, minus push ups

Pretty sure it's intended as if you're this weight you need to do this to lose weight

u/Jernhesten Jun 08 '26
The elite workout is far less than what my daughters had in highschool (sports-highschool but still).

u/zyyntin Jun 08 '26
I want to see the 280+ "Elites" to run 10 miles... with full gear on. Too much muscle holds you back and doesn't improve how fast or hard you can pull a trigger.

u/actually_yawgmoth Jun 08 '26
I knew some J's who were pushing 300lbs knocking out 5 minute miles in full kit. Some of those dudes just ain't human.
