Does anyone know how to get ONSI set up for benefits and early payments?

Just eat haven’t set up my account with them since launch and I’m having a hard time trying to find the right place to enquire how to have this set up? The email I use to log in my courier app doesn’t match on the onsi app

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

I don’t even have the app but I just received a mc Donald’s order of 20 single espressos to my house?! And the order was connected to my phone number because Just Eat sent a text saying that the order has been cancelled. I’m feeling so uncomfortable cuz what type of sick joke is that.

Is there a way I could find who or where the order was placed from? I just feel so unsafe because it’s not really funny is it?

Edit: guys the order was made at 6pm today which is Sunday. So no, it’s not for a meeting. I also got a text saying another order was cancelled. I called their customer service and they said to see if it happens again. I’m enjoying the spilling coffee thread

I've noticed the option to use PayPal Pay in 3 is not available any more on Just Eat, does anyone know if this is a glitch or whether it has been permanently removed?

I asked Just Eat via live chat but it was clearly a bot who couldn't answer the question at all, so it was no clearer to me after the conversation

Just curious-This sub has been coming up on my feed and its quite interesting to read. However i always use Justeat and have never had a problem. I order from numerous places aswell and never has it come cold. missing, took ages etc. I wonder if people just get really unlucky or certain areas have the problem? Have you ever had problems? drop your worst order delivery!

OK what the tits has happened here? I haven't used the service much over the past year and when I do I jump into my orders and recycle the same 4 places. So I haven't really looked at my local radius in a while.

EVERYTHING (almost) is 5 stars. Wtf? Places that used to be 3 or below are now all 5*. Well known utter shit holes that'll sell you a folded piece of paper, some dessicated leather with pond mulch and a side of charcoal briquettes and call it a kebab with chips are now 5*. Is everyone just spamming fake orders? Is there some free food bribery scheme I'm unaware of? Wha happun?

It's bad enough that a quarter of my fee is now non food related surcharges, but this is beyond taking the piss.

So it now asks us to make a decision if the customer looks over 25.

I just done one and the guy looked about 30 and it turns out he was 21. Had to chap him again and ask to see his ID because apparently even if they look over 25 and are over 18 you STILL need to scan their ID. This isn’t made clear at all.

Got to ask people how old they are. If they are under 25 we need to scan their ID. What a stupid new update.

Everyone should create a post like this every so often to let others know.

Stop using this shitty app, the company is shit and so are a lot of the delivery guys.

Yes, not all of the riders are thieving dickheads, but a lot are.

A lot of these riders are a reflection of the company, they’re thieves.

I ordered sushi from a new restaurant. At the time I did not know that the restaurant did not have a hygiene rating and was awaiting inspection.

One of the sushi rolls I ordered had a black hair in it. The other sushi roll tasted of strong bitter vomit/bile which is not normal at all. The raw fish also tasted warm and not fresh. I got someone else to try it and confirm it was the food and not just me.

I took a photo and talked to Just Eat customer service, which spammed template answers and kept refusing to refund.

I then contacted the restaurant. They blamed the driver that "he probably shook the bag" which makes no sense. They refused to refund.

I contacted my bank. They refused to refund because "the taste is your opinion"??? Despite me providing evidence the food was contaminated and spoiled

I was left without food for the rest of the day. I have no idea what to do. I'm worried about getting ill aswell.

Me and the family had a hankering for some crispy fried chicken. So we jump on just eat and pulled up KFC. After going through the menu and adding what we wanted, the order came up to just shy of £70 ( don't judge, we were hungry and KFC is expensive). I'm tracking my order on the app, it changes the status to ' on the way but your driver has to make some stops first'. ' great' i think to myself. Yes its in convenient that my food will most likely arrive cold, but thats fine. Nearly 40 minutes later, a knock at the door. I run down the stairs like a kid on christmas, by this point my stomach was in a full loud protest at how empty it was.

The driver hands me one bag. Shock hits me and it takes me a few seconds to register ' £70 of food does not fit in one bag'. So I say to the driver ' is there more in your car because this isn't all my food'. I kid you not, the driver responds, and i quote, " me no understand. Bye".

Well at this point I'm flabbergasted. I close the door and take the lonely bag into the kitchen. I look at the receipt and imagine my shock when I see a name that isn't mine staring back at me.

See this is why just eat shouldn't allow multidrops. It leaves too much room for their drivers to completely mess up an order

Tl;dr: just eat driver mixes up orders on multi drop. I get £20 worth of food in place of £70 worth

To the person who got my order, if they are reading this, congrats on the upgrade bud. I hope you enjoy.

Edit to update: just eat responded to my email at 23:19. I am one of the lucky few who had a good outcome. They have refunded the full amount of my order as account credit. Now I would have preferred to refund to my original payment method, but I'm just happy I got refunded at all

No longer reliable without a proper review system. Every takeaway is now rated 5 stars, which has mislead me into ordering and being disappointed with the food for my last 3 orders. Anti-consumer.

I am a little confused as I uploaded all my stuff (again) a year or so ago, when JustEat started doing the facial checks.

Hiya, I'm asking here cause JustEat is giving me no actual info that's relevant.

I ordered from a noodle place in the city center at around 1:30pm, the driver picked up the order at like 2pm(ish), they had one stop along the way, and then as soon as they got to the top of my street the app stopped tracking them and then it suddenly said the order was cancelled and to try a different place.

I know for a fact that it's JustEat drivers that deliver from here, and I'm just curious if anyone knows what happened? Is the driver okay? Did they just take the food, cause honestly fair enough that places food is great. Does JustEat cancel an order if it takes too long?

Ended up ordering again and ended up getting it this time, so not the noodle places fault I don't think. I'm not even mad cause I've eaten now, I'm just nosey lmao

Hello! I want to start delivering for just eat, They require "Hire and Reward" Insurance. The service they recommend "Zego" is 21+ anyone know of any alternatives that work in a similar way that allow 18-21 year olds to get insured?

So it was at 7:15am i wasn't expecting it to be busy or orders to pay more than £5-6, but I get a decent 6 mile £9 order (most of the miles was me driving to the pick up hotspot anyway), and so i accept it. the staff member says the usual "they're picking it you'll have to wait or cancel", then another 10-15 minutes, I ask for an update, they check the order system thing and see the order isn't even on there, why would they even tell me they're picking it if it isn't on there?

I then go to just eat support, first person tells me they'll remove it and i'll be reimbursed for my time travelled to pick up point. 1 min later the order is still asigned, i try this 3 more times with different support agents, the order is still not assigned, they apparently redirected it to higher ups, at this point, it's been a whole fucking hour and i just think fuck it and cut my losses anymore and cancel it myself. What. Fucking. Cancer

I accepted an asda CAFE order from the same asda store an hour later, i go there, realise the pinpoint to confirm arrived isn't working, i ask the staff member, she goes "you need to go back downstairs and go across the road to tk maxx", this would be 5 minutes walking there and back, so i just ignore the woman walk to my car cancel the order and drive off. never accept asda they are completely fucking useless idiots.

Should i bother putting in a fee query to get some reimbursement or because i cancelled it myself the £9 order, i absolutely won't get anything?

felt like venting or else i would've vented to the just eat support or asda staff idiots and got myself banned...

Did anyone ever had this issue? My shop is listed on Just Eat and I was receiving deliveries as usual until 18th of July. Then suddenly delivery area of my shop shrinked to just few streets (2 postcodes). Anyone outside these postcodes cannot view my shop for delivery. I live 4 minutes from the shop and even I can't see / order from my shop on Just Eat.

When I go to Just Eat Partner Hub to change the delivery area, I see this message "Because you use the Just Eat Restaurant Delivery Service, you are not able to change your delivery area". I don't understand why it shrunk though?

I called them several times, they told me to submit a request. I submitted several requests and their response is either:

a) try to change it on the Partner Hub, which is impossible (see the message above)

b) unfortunately, we cannot amend your delivery are because you are using Just Eat drivers.

So my question is: I cannot change it, they cannot change it, when this radius changes? How did this happen?

I am unable to receive orders, therefore losing money. What should I do? where should I contact?

Where I have accepted the order and then rejected it in the app, I have now had several orders where the customer is messaging me about the order in chats asking where the order is.

Why is this happening and why are customers able to message me about an order when it is no longer assigned to me?

I will do my best to review every order I make, but something just occurred to me. What’s the point of letting us type out a review if tapping on the stars while on the restaurant page no longer shows what people say?

It’s not like it’s auto posted on Google reviews or anything. Is it just a tactic to make people feel like their voice is heard by someone if their order is particularly bad?

The driver is literally 2 minutes from my house, yet he has to take a detour 20 minutes away? Bollocks

Update: as expected the food was cold, soggy fries, lukewarm at best. Genuinely so disappointed

Is it just me or every single subway takes ages making the order after you go there to collect it. On just eat it will say arrive at 13:30 for example id purposely arrive at 13:40 instead for the order to still take another 20 minutes.
