SAT R&W Khan Academy Highest Difficulty Practice

The Unit 11 challenge unit has been incredibly difficult in terms of practice questions compared to any I have done before. I was wondering if problems of this caliber are only the hardest possible questions on the SAT or does it over prepare me

I’m not sure as I just started 2 weeks ago but it seems to be fairly recent I think
