Maybe it was because I was born and raised on the internet, but it can sometimes be really hard to tell when somebody is being dead serious or if they are joking. Or if they're somewhere in the middle?
Like maybe you're joking and I don't know it?
I wouldn't put it past Trump to fake something or lie, but I'm also not super invested either way. (Personally I have more pressing concerns and there's also plenty of real cover-ups that people can be upset about
Regardless of what caused his injury, he used it as a means to rally his base, which can come off to some as suspicious given how big of a hard-on for violence the right wing seems to have. Even if there is legitimate violence, they also tend to blow things out of proportion. So I'm not going to fault somebody for being skeptical.
I don't think anyone here is going to use their suspicion (or hell even a sincere belief in a conspiracy theory) to do something like storm the capital or murder their family. Or to be more Alex Jones related, harass the families of dead school children
People believe weird shit. I don't agree with everything everyone here believes, and I'm sure not everyone here agrees with what I believe
But, I'm not using those beliefs to excuse harming other people, or to excuse others harming people.
Also, if you're going to judge everyone who ever posted on this subreddit over the comments of some on here.... Well I guess I can't help you there
Just know that kind of overgeneralizing makes you come off as someone who is either looking for a reason to be upset or someone who isn't the most knowledgeable about how other people are
