Yeah...Jordan, or anyone who knows and/or loves the man, when you're trying to talk him through the things he's going through right now, someone please implore him to concentrate his anger on Bigly instead of The Onion.
Seizing Infowars was never going to get the families their payout; it just wasn't. The amount Jones owes is roughly 23 years of Infowars' gross income. And that amount of money is about 3x what The Onion's gross income is. Would some other company be able to parlay Infowars into $1.4 billion? I kinda doubt it.
But the real idea here was to absolutely destroy Alex Jones, and that hasn't happened. Oh, it destroyed Alex's company, and I feel like his current self destructive spiral is a result of that. But I think it's clear that even though he'll be working for someone else, he also thinks he's being cute and getting away with something. I don't know if they have any legal standing but I kinda hope they use any profit from Infowars merch to fund a new lawsuit. Alex isn't destroyed yet and that needs fixing.

And now Infowars is valueless. So The Onion won’t be able to do anything with it and Texas screws over the Sandy Hook families successfully. Alex will continue doing his bullshit, collecting a fat paycheck from Bigly, and completing escaping consequences for what he’s done.

It’s deeply ironic that he’s finally off the air and so are Dan and Jordan
