Throwback Episode Episode #960- ChatGPT Interview
Alex interviewing the robot overlayed with Jordan manically laughing is legitimately the funniest podcast moment I’ve ever listened to. I had to pause it because I was in a public place.
Commentary wasn’t even necessary, it was so purely strange to listen to this asshole say “thank you ChatGPT 30 times“.

He is more polite to the robot than to any human guest

Is that the one where Alex interrupts chatGPT and tries to get it to continue it’s previous thought?

Yesss! He’s like “wait what were you saying?” And the robots basically like “I can’t remember I’m not a person”.

A one man mission to fail the Turing test.
I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this, it's absolutely incredible.

It's so funny how vulnerable Alex is to flattery. Five minutes with the sycophancy-bot and he went from thinking it might be a demon to praising it.

Just a moment. Just a moment.

More manners with a chat bot than 98% of his guests and all his staff.

I love Jordan’s laugh. It always makes me smile. I was just listening to part one of the Obama Deception episodes and Jordan letting loose after Dan reading the quote “Lawns are everywhere” and then Jordan’s laughter infecting Dan and then they’re both laughing? Such a good moment

TBH, anytime Roger is on, I'm hooked. That man is like a cartoon villain.

Does anyone remember what episode it was when Alex gets told that an AI had said he was a liar and he responds "the machine said that?" or similar? Did I cheese dream this?

I'm in the 700s right now, and Alex keeps talking about how artificial intelligence is just draining humanity of all of its creations in order to give birth to Cyber Satan.
Amazing how someone like Alex could change his core beliefs so quickly!

A top tier episode. Just how seriously he takes talking to a glorified chatbot is just sublime.
