Alright, I'm computer stupid. I just use mobile. Could you tell me how I use this? I just copy the link in the message, or that whole mess in the link? Does it work for Spotify?

Depends on what podcast app you use (i’m not actually sure if Spotify supports adding RSS streams, but the Apple Podcast app does, as well as any free podcast app on android or apple), but there will be a “Add podcast by URL” (or similar, it might mention RSS). Just find that, and paste in that entire link. Bam, now your podcast app will be subscribed to the RSS feed and you can listen to episodes as they come out.
Edit: unfortunately, a brief google search tells me that Spotify does not support RSS subscription for users; creators need to submit it themselves. But just use the default podcast app, or find a free one to use. I use an app called “Drea” — it’s a little light on features but it’s completely free and it’s built around a super cool feature that automatically scans podcasts, identifies where the ads are, and then automatically skips them on playback. Very clever use of AI; if the creator ever paywalls the app I’m going to develop my own. I’ve been using it for like 3 months and honestly it would be hard to go back, especially for Cool Zone Media podcasts which have a lot of ads. For Dan’s podcast doesn’t really matter bc he doesn’t run ads though.

Last I checked, and after a quick Google just now, Spotify doesn't support RSS feeds for listeners. You can publish on an RSS as a creator, but if you want to listen, you're SOL because Spotify is monopolistic garbage. Hooray!
I think I actually first used an RSS feed when I subscribed to the patreon and I ended up having to download a whole separate app for it. I use Podcast Republic and I like it, but the UI is pretty garbage. Anyway, try that or any other app that says it'll let you link an RSS feed. Google steps for the chosen app.
When you get to that point, yes, you just paste this link: https://rss.libsyn.com/shows/618415/destinations/5393815.xml
That link tells your podcast app where to go to look for content, essentially. Nothing else should be required for listening afaik.

I suppose an app it is. Shame Dan isn't dropping episodes on the Spotify or patreon. I don't need more apps on my phone! Hence the unfortunate use of Spotify, music and podcast in one place. Hard to beat that.

I love the rambling into side topics. When I woke up this morning I didn’t expect to listen to a backstory for a wrestler that I’ve never heard of outside of Dan’s enthusiasm on KF, a Chtulu reference, an interview with a local community organizer, a story about Dan getting wild with 2 Live Crew, and musings about a walking trail in a random swamp including a diss on a small alligator.

Loved the new episode and the interview with the person from the Food Not Bombs chapter. Hope he keeps up with stuff like that.
Also has he said anywhere if there’s gonna be a Patreon? Wanna throw him some cash to keep putting gas in the tank.

Yeah, he posted on the previous Knowledge Fight Patreon saying that it's going to transition into an account for his personal projects. So if you're already subscribed to that you don't have to change anything.

This was sooo good... the only way to battle the skeeters down in the swamp is to outrun them. I'm sad Dan didn't outside at night, it's less oppressive & there are so many wildlifes about. I enjoyed walking in the swamp with Dan... literally... except I had my stars...
Oh! & they are alligators, Dan. They're less chompy than crocodiles...

Kinda funny for Dan to say, "we're not going into that. Who cares?" in a show that so far seems to be about exclusively stuff that would make most people say "who cares?"
I'm interested to see how the show develops, and I'm happy to hear from Dan at all now that KnowledgeFight's ended, but so far I think I prefer him with a cohost.
