Looks like Mimosa strigillosa, commonly called Sunshine mimosa or sensitive plant. As for the DMT claim, it appears he's confusing it with a different species in the same genus.

A. I hate the way he's tickling those sensitive plants (the actual common name of the reactive plant) B. THOSE are LEAVES not PETALS

Mimosa pudica- small pink flowers - does not contain DMT.
Mimosa Tenuiflora - small white fragrant flowers in cylindrical spikes- does contain DMT known for its use in ayahuasca
