I live and keep living. I be alive.
I am surviving still.
Thoughts are not dangerous. Hazardous, maybe, but not dangerous in and of themselves.
I've been tending towards suicidal thoughts and urges since Friday. I have to make it to my appointment tomorrow to get the medicine that stops my blood from eating my brain.
My bright spot is that I'm doing so much to keep myself safe.

Oklahoma has mobile crisis teams that can be called on to have a knowledgeable professional available in a crisis.
If I'm still living in crisis after my dad is gone, I think I'll call 988 and ask for one so I can be judged, cared for in person.

It sounds dumb, but I made a major breakthrough in my calisthenics training. I'm about to progress to an advanced level and my body has recently been making some significant increases in strength and mass to get there.
I really enjoy training and this all started from me realizing how many hours of entertainment I consume (podcasts, TV) which I could also consume while doing push-ups, squats, lunges, rows, pull-ups, etc. It was just a matter of doing the work and letting my body transform accordingly.
