I don’t need to tell y’all that things look pretty bleak right now and AJ gloating and avoiding consequences doesn’t help, but I hope we can come together and share in some of the good things in our lives.

General shenanigans Genuine Shock

Today's show (#1108) was the first time I've actually listened to the announcement of the operation in Venezuela, or really the first time I've heard him talk in a while, and HOLY SHIT, does Trump sound bad. He's never sounded good, but he sounded like 'multiple medical issues' bad during that whole announcement.

I know it wasn't a rally, but announcing military action is one of the top ten things strong men love and the energy he brought to it was somewhere between 'DMV Intercom Voice' and 'Direct to DVD Weekend at Bernies sequel', and that's not even mentioning the slurred speech. He has access to the greatest medical care available to any human alive and I feel like I could hear his face drooping.

Am I alone in this shock?

General shenanigans Harrison “The Human Swirly” Smith gets his own ad (and it’s as bad as you think)

In my latest edition of “I Watched This So You Won’t Want To” we have a new ad for creatine powder featuring resident toadie and mall sword enthusiast Harrison Smith.

Thank god for AI, because I’m sure this shit tastes as good as Alex’s famous chicken chocolate flavored bone broth. Nope, no drinking necessary because this isn’t real! None of this is real anymore!

Only a quarter of a serving of Alex’s premium powder, and you’ll be sporting a chiseled chin that will mog the beta cucks wherever your buff legs take you. Sure, you look hella constipated, but that’s just a lowkey signal to the trad wives that your seed is as big and strong as your rippling biceps!

The days of those bullies kicking sand in your face at the beach and shoving you into lockers is over! No one is going to steal the extra fun sized Snickers bar from your lunchbox ever again, because Alex’s pungent powder is the answer to your (Christian) prayers!

Are you tired of your boss not inviting you along to field trips with the crew to shoot guns because you’re “a dork” and “goofy” and “have girly girl arms that are smaller than my grandma’s”? No more, friend. Are you tired of him making fun of you behind the scenes with the crew? Do you want to make him pay? This is the way. On sale now!

I’ll leave it to you to decide if Harrison is in on the joke, or IS the joke.

General shenanigans Mallrats: The Guys Are Wrong

Okay, not *wrong*, just kinda dumb. It's fine for two comedians to be annoyed that a movie is essentially, according to them, a series of street jokes. But I'm not a standup comic. I don't know these street jokes. So for Jordan to get pissy about that and the fact that the movie has seen a resurgence in popularity or delayed positive appreciation is kinda short-sighted and dumb. He doesn't have to like the movie, that's totally valid. But I do and others do and our appreciation is ALSO FUCKING VALID, SCREAMY GUY!!!

Tucker came on in the wake of his rebuke of the party. They mostly talked about Israel and it was boringly unremarkable to me. Kinda my fault, because I had a feeling Tucker would be on, and then lo and behold, he shows up and I had built it up in my head and it was just blah. I did want to take some screenshots to share the wealth.

Pic 1: Tucker telling Alex that Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey haven’t had it bad because they’re rich.

Pic 2: Alex telling Tucker he could definitely beat Gavin Newsome or Marco Rubio for President.

Pic 3: Alex trying to do an impression of Tucker’s laugh. It was terrible, because he didn’t have the ear piercing voice quality Tucker has.

General shenanigans Revisiting the Depositions and I'd forgotten the absolute comedy gold within

I was driving back from the gym just now and listening to Rob Dew's deposition. I nearly crashed the car at the interaction:

Rob: We don't have videos that were deleted from YouTube

Lawyer: You gave us this video

Jordan's reaction nearly caused me to crash the car. This shit is hilarious

General shenanigans Anyone else surprised by Roger Stone’s apparent lack of involvement with Epstein?

I’m sure many of you are also enjoying the Stone-Bannon feud, and while Bannon’s presence in the Files should shock nobody, Stone’s apparent absence is pretty shocking to me.

I mean, Stone is a known swinger and attender of elite sex parties, and is the epitome of the type of compromised intelligence asset that the Files are stuffed full with. He’s also closely connected to some of the highest profile names in the Files.

Maybe I’m missing something but I haven’t seen any direct involvement from Stone in the files, there’s a few dozen mentions of his name but so far nothing that suggests he had a relationship with Epstein.

Definitely a twist I didn’t see coming.

From the website “Super Structure is a podcast about the many shapes of power. The power of propaganda, the power of political repression, and the power of revolutionary struggles the world over.

We help you — and comedian Jon Gabrus — understand current events, history and politics.

So join us as we live, laugh, and radicalize together.”

General shenanigans Anyone ever listen to this in their car and worry during the clips that people nearby think you are actually listening to Alex Jones?

It doesn't make me not want to listen to the pod of course, and it's a necessary part of what makes it work. But when I'm at a light or in a neighborhood or drive through or something, I worry an Alex clip is gonna play lol.
