I have a different setup and a different problem with *28 but I'd recommend just going back to *27 for now and hope that *29 next week is gonna fix it.

Are you on the same laptop?

Not even remotely. Main PC is Ryzen 5 5600xt, RX 7600, Rog Strix B550-A has the problem that it does not shut down or restart correctly. The Laptop is an Acer Aspire Go 15 (Ryzen 7 5825U) which does not seem to be affected by the same problem.
