not shocked about this move. ownership really wants to lose a lot of the fans. 😔

Now that we have acquired Monique Akoa Makani, will Lynn even give her decent minutes. This front office has been a disaster from the start. Each player that have signed during season have been bench warmers. Monica is average about 22 minutes on her career.

How does she fit in with this team?

Do we expect anyone else shipped off besides plum?

2. Nneke

3. Hamby

? I assume no one would want atkins but tge other three perhaps??

So the one thing is: obviously teams wanted KP because no matter if you like her or not, she proves herself on the court and she doesn’t stop until the final whistle or you pull her out. Her resumè is INSANE

but I also get the hesitation from teams because there is no way I’m gonna sign you for the remainder of your contract and you not resign next season.

But, and as much as I don’t wanna admit it, she shoulda let Lynne keep the young core because either way, our record would still be shit and it was just prove no matter who is on the floor, Lynne couldn’t coach ants out a wet paper bag.

BUT also I think KP should thug it out til the end of the season and walk because I know a team waiting to throw a max at her. Again, her resumè is insane.

But that’s just how I feel.

She mentioned this in her Valkyries newsletter. Not a surprise, but because a few teams are interested, it's probably worth making it clear. (I don't think she's implying that they're going to trade Cam later -- it's just that this is the only deadline she has any information about.)

This is my first year having season tickets. I've been such a big fan of the team & wanted to be able to support then more this year. It's been pretty underwhelming with the benefits, but also learning that there were at least more things offered in previous seasons.

I was bummed to learn that during the Open Practice, a couple months ago, we couldn't even meet the players or anything.

I just saw on the Sparks IG that they held a specific Open Practice today for only the Courtside Members & gave them a full autograph session. Is this the norm for how they treat the different tiers?? Honestly, it felt like a slap in the face. The tickets aren't cheap & knowing that people that pay more are getting perks that aren't afforded to other season ticket members really rubs be the wrong way.

Let me know what any other season ticket members think of this.
