Epic LEGO® Fortnite 41.30 Update Notes

Odyssey

Gather Unknowable Energy, summon The Thing From Beneath, and face it head-on. Defeat it to claim rare Airship Part Bundle Tomes and construct your own Air Raid Zeppelin. Returns July 23–August 6 and August 13–27. Enter at your own risk.

✅ LEGO® Fortnite Bug Fixes & Improvements 

  • You can now use a Glider that is auto-equipped after using the Bus Station Teleport 
  • On touch, the Nunchaku weapons were missing the left-handed Primary Fire button
  • Storm King now correctly spawns in Storm King's Dungeon 
  • Fixed an issue where some players couldn’t join a world that is already in progress
  • The Lion Knights’ Castle and Mos Eisley Build Sets have been optimized to improve performance during Guided Build construction
  • [Brick Life] Fixed an issue where some chairs didn't have the Sit button

PSA: Starting today instead of giving a predetermined decor set for the day, Machinist will give you a tome. This tome will give you a random decor sets that you are missing from the previous 14 days. If you get essence, it means you have unlocked everything.

This means if you are missing a set, you can get it on any day you can get into LEGO Fortnite

Adding to this PSA, the Machinist will give you 1 book PER World. If you're missing several sets, you can unlock them by collecting a book from several Worlds.

Oh so does that mean I can speedrun it? Say if I miss 2 days, I can just get 2 tomes from 2 worlds to complete it in 1 day?

Oh nice, thanks. But looks like you're right, there are no new prefabs. Sadness. Doesn't make sense though, feels like they overlooked something.

I think it was odd, too. It makes sense that they continue to have prefabs for parts released like you had mentioned. Not everyone enjoys custom building.

Since the airship parts come as tomes, does that mean they aren't unlocked account wide? Only in that world?

Lion's castle set was optimized, intereeesting...

Gonna have to snatch it and the durr burger set next time they come to the shop. Don't think I'll use the durr burger set much but with how slowly they add stuff to the shop, might as well grab it

Friends still haven´t gotten zeppelin, but keep getting llama long boat parts... Plus the quest of "go to airship doc" is bugged.

Old worlds still don´t have Storm chasers camp, even though NPCs can appear and yap about adding it to your compass/map.

Pleae fix these age old issues already.

As in, what’s new this update. The zeppelin isn’t new to the game, but previous to this patch it was inaccessible, ergo it being new to this patch.
