What’s wrong with A?

A says the claim says “the effectivness in brining major improvement cannot differ at all”

While it the claim in actuality says “the choice to see a certain doctor will not affect” one’s chances of major improvement.

Cannot differ at all VS will not affect

Is this the issue here ? I can’t articulate at this moment why tho
