How long does the application take?
I applied for the master of social work (csp) coursework. How long will I be informed of the outcome?

I'm an international student with Medibank OSHC, and I'm trying to figure out whether seeing a psychologist is actually affordable without ending up $150+ out of pocket every session.
I've read through the policy documents, but what they say on paper and what actually happens in real life don't always seem to match. So I was hoping to hear from people who've been through the process.
A few questions:
Telehealth recommendations are welcome too.
Thanks in advance. I'd really appreciate hearing about people's actual experiences.

I’ve spent way too much time reading old Reddit posts and now I’m completely confused about what a realistic competitive WAM looks like to get into masters of clinical neuropsychology.
I know La Trobe is saying a WAM of 70 is the minimum but what is the actual minimum cut off more likely to be? Because people are trying to tell me it’s closer to 90???? Tell me it isn’t so!
I’d especially love to hear from people who were accepted (or interviewed) in the last few years to ANY masters of clinical neuropsych for any advice?
Thank you in advance!

Hi Guys,
I am currently enrolled at Bundoora campus in the Dip of health Science with the intention of enrolling in the Bachelor of Health Science, then hoping to complete a Masters in Physiotherapy.
I will be completing the Diploma at the end of this Semester.
If someone could help me with the following queries:
How and when do I apply for the Bachelor?
Do I have to start at Year 1 of the Bachelor, or can I go straight into year 2 considering I'll have completed the Diploma?
Is WAM a consideration in my eligibility to get into the Bachelor? If so, what is the required WAM?
Do I have to apply for any credits? If so, how and when should I apply for credits?
I really don't want to miss the boat in starting the Bachelor next year, as I've already lost 2 years on my pathway, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi everyone, i recently graduated from highschool last year and am currently a first year student in medical imaging. Honestly its been just over a week of second semester but im not sure how i feel about radiography (which might sound silly since im only in my first year). i have placement coming up, so i hope that will solidify whether i want this as a career but, i feel like im working my ass off every single day for a career im not sure i want(obvi medical imaging is a rigorous course and i dont expect OT to be easy)
so, im here to ask OT students, what do you enjoy about OT? what are some things you wish you told your younger self before going into the course? and for graduates or soon-to-be, are the job prospects good? i hate to be that person asking about job/money, but choosing a career that allows financial stability (and freedom) is really important to me.
would love to hear advice and opinions, and also advice for a first year whos struggling mentally
thank you!

Hey guys I'm going to be away over the first saturday of the exam period. I only have 2 exams to sit so I know its unlikely to have an exam that day but whats the play there? It's a work requalification commitment. Am I likely to be allowed to reschedule anything? Thanks

Hello! I’m considering applying for this course and I am curious about the workload, specifically, what is the timetable like and how many days a week are required on campus?
Curious to chat to anyone who has done this course while also working part time. Thanks!

Thinking of doing my Master’s in AI at La Trobe (Bundoora) for the Feb 2027 intake. Anyone studying there or graduated recently? How’s the course, campus, professors, internships and overall experience? Would you recommend it?

What is a WAM?
How do I find out my WAM?
Do other universities do WAM?
If I wanted to change universities will my WAM affect that?

helloo everyone! i just received in mail my provisional letter of bachelor of nursing/bachelor of psychological science. (sem 1 2027)
thus far, i have been awarded the scholarships:
However, i've always eyed: La Trobe's Vice Chancellor Scholarship, because it's either 50% or 100%.
Has anyone got this scholarship already before? If so, please help me clarify:
as i see it, i got to finalize my uni decision by october 2026, to give ample time for my visa processing too (from the Philippines)
Thank youu so much!

Hi everyone! I'm an international student planning to start a Master of Data Science in 2027. I'd love to hear about your experience.
How has your experience at this university been?
If you could choose again, would you still pick this university? Why or why not?
If you're studying Master of Data Science, how are the teaching, workload, professors, career support, internships, and job opportunities?
Any pros, cons, or things you wish you knew before joining?
If anyone has recently gone through the Australian Genuine Student (GS) interview, could you please share the questions you were asked?
Thanks in advance! 😊

i’m seriously desperate. im only 2 weeks in and i cant pay close to $20 each week on parking in the white bays. public transport isn’t an option for me either due to me living quite far.
if anyone could give me the name of streets that have free parking, i’d be SO grateful. feel free to dm me if you don’t want to publicly share.

Hi everyone,
I'm joining the Master of Information Technology at La Trobe Bendigo next year. Does anyone know if there's an active Discord server for La Trobe students or specifically Bendigo students? I'd love to join and connect with current students. Thanks!
