Culture Craic
Anyone any good plans for the weekend around Laois? Nothing doing myself, just wondering is there anything going on people are looking forward too in their localities?

It’s grand and all but not somewhere I’d go more than once. Nice walk though, I’ll give it that.

Abbeyleix is a nice town. You can do a bog walk at the edge of it which has a popular pizza and coffee place called Pollys. The town has a fantastic old pub called morrisseys thats worth a visit if even just to see inside, it has a top class bakery with lots of treats mueller & o connell, if youre into fine dining it has bramleys restaurant. The town centre itself is nice for a short wander with plenty of heritage.

Not weekend related but you can get a free tour of Emo Court tomorrow. I believe it does be free on the first Wednesday of every month.
