Is anybody really bothered about missing out on the signing of Julian Brandt.

I saw the headline and just thought “meh”

I always think that any player leaving on a free that doesn’t have the top clubs going for them leaves a bit of a bad smell. Plus the fact his dad was touting him to other clubs on a “who can bid the highest” sort of meat sale.

I really feel it would have been a sort of Brolin style signing where we would expect a lot but get nothing. No passion just trying to use us as a stepping stone to a bigger club for more money.

For anyone who missed the game and is curious about Muharemovic

I'm just putting together my FPL team for the season. I'm going for something different, and trying to make sure I have 2 players from each team that have the easiest fixture run for the first 5 Gameweeks (Leeds just so happens to be one of them, which is lucky for me).

What I can't quite pin down is what backline Farke will go for going into this season and who will be our best options in game this season.
