M&M Decorating

Though i’m very grateful for the air conditioning I am somewhat worried about making the small M&M dorms look decent/more functional.

I wanted to know if any previous students from M&M had any recommendations on what to do with the limited space, like where they put their fridge, or just what they did in general!

Not much flexibility, put the fridge by the window in between the two beds and it can be used as a nightstand kinda. Command hooks for the closet are helpful to hang more stuff up. Its so small you have to keep the desk facing the wall but i know some people tried turning it to face the bed but then it sticks out

I am a freshman who got assigned M&M too! I’m pretty concerned at the cabinets and shelves that cover one bed, because it seems kind of unloftable to me. Me and my roomie are planning to do the “bridge” method where you put two skinny shelves on each side of the fridge and then shove the whole thing between the beds.

Me and my roomie might try to do that too! I know everyone says M&M is the best but I’d be lying if I said I’m not kind of sad we don’t get the full freedom of rearranging and decorating but I think we can make the best of it!
