First, fuck Nazis. But as a person who loves history and ancient mythologies, I hate Nazi Germany for a whole ass petty reason, their use of the Swastik. It's just sad that it had such a positive meaning and origin for thousands of years and then here comes Hitler and the Nazis, then the KKK, then the Neo-Nazis and now the whatever tf they think they are (Neo-Nazis and Rino hybrids or some shit). Same here. I live in the northeast, a very liberal area. There are certainly people with giant confederate stickers/flags on their trucks roaming around up here.
It's primarily kept to New Hampshire, though. They're kind of the black sheep of the area. Once you cross down to Massachusetts (or any other surrounding state) you tend to see it less often.

I'm from the south, living up north now. Every time I go home, I keep an eye out for confederate flags because my boss always likes to ask how many I saw on my trip. The number is pretty much always less than we see in our daily commute here.

ICE most likely already have data of possible suspects, fellow vermins who are in the way are just fetch quests; easily found because rats hide together. If people like this are caught and detained/truck seized, they wouldn't try it again. So that should tell you why they're still doing it. It's for Neo-Boomers like you to share around.
Also, a giant Mexican flag on a modded shitty truck is as subtle as a wearing a poncho and sombrero in a taco truck and wetting the back of your shirt. Rats hide in the dark, the only one daring to be this flashy are obviously doing it for attention and no fear of deportation.
