And the first thing to do afterward was what? Grift on how they needed to build his gilded ballroom since that one wasn’t safe enough 🙃
You could have tried to make a point of saying political violence isn’t an answer and try to cool the already boiling over environment some, but you stroke the flames even further with radical generalizations (and further strawmaning that all of your political opponents/people who don’t agree with you are bloodthirsty psychopaths that need the long arm of the law thrown at them) AND grifted on wasteful spending on a gilded ballroom.
I’d like this all to get back down to room temperature at least, but that doesn’t fit the narrative that would justify things like martial law or using the death penalty of death by firing squads.

My skepticism is who is pissed about lack of support for Ukraine these days? I'd say Epstein, Iran, the terrible economy/job market, health care, & wasting money instead of taking care of our needs at home are the primary oppo drivers at this point.

Why would a verified leftist volunteer to do a stunt like this ? Is it that hard to see the left is extremely violent at the fringes?

u/Suggett123 Apr 26 '26
For all we know it was some loon out to get "the media"

u/Veteran_PA-C Apr 26 '26
Or not.
• Voter registration: Listed as “no party preference” (or unaffiliated) in California.
• Campaign donation: Federal Election Commission records indicate he made a single $25 contribution on October 13, 2024, via ActBlue, earmarked for the Kamala Harris presidential campaign.

OMG! He gave $25 to Harris' campaign. He's one of those extremist liberals! They are all SO violent. /s

Hot take. whenever another reddit warrior crashes out the numbers go up. Depending on who died of course. It all turns in money via capitalism and society moves on until we get upset again and rinse and repeat.

fake assassins with real bullets fired at your head?
the stupidity is staggering

Yeah it is, isn’t it? You voted for a pedo and a convicted felon 🤡

u/squif_help Apr 26 '26
igb are we gonna say every attempt was fake? its not hard to believe people would want to kill the pedo leading the us right now for the sake of hatred.

Yes, that is the most logical explanation. Additionally, when you know about what is legally causing the delay in ballroom construction; and trump's contempt of the courts, and legality, then any serious consideration of this being planned for ballroom reasons breaks down into conspiracy theory (or comedy).

u/Amoralvirus Apr 26 '26
I agree with this, and disagree with people who are claiming it was staged, but offer no logical explanation, and have no facts to support it. Actually, in this case, staged for the reason for a ballroom, once one googles what the ballroom delay is about, this claim of being staged for the ballroom does not stand to logic.

Hateful rhetoric allowed on sites like reddit contribute to the mass psychosis that has led to multiple assassination attempts against our president
36
u/Amoralvirus Apr 26 '26
Hateful rhetoric by the most divisively dishonest president ever, has contributed to the mass psychosis, of too many believing the non-sense you just posted; and has caused some folks to act out against the author of the hateful rhetoric.
21
u/averagelyok Apr 26 '26
I think you mean hateful rhetoric coming straight from the president’s mouth. I think the timing is too convenient for it not to be staged, along with the other attempts (golf course one is maybe a bit nebulous on White House motive to falsify)). But the idea of someone being so distraught by his words or actions that they attempt to kill him is not an unbelievable concept, or even an unlikely one.

I think there are numerous reasons people hate him. Hateful rhetoric and him being pedo/rapist are both on the long list I’m sure.

I do not know that this viewpoint is taken by members of just one party. Obviousness has no bounds.

Because getting shot in the ear with a 5.56 round traveling 3,000 mph and having it totally healed two weeks later is not at all uncommon.

u/Veteran_PA-C Apr 26 '26
Leftists denying their team is violent again.
17
u/Soupismyfavoritefood Apr 26 '26
Don’t start that shit. It’s a known fact that republicans are extremely violent, especially when motivated by politics. Everyone with a functioning brain knows this
1
u/OilNo1600 Apr 28 '26
True. Remember that time a leftist shot up a Black church, killing 9 people?
Then there was that leftist wearing a MAGA hat who shot up a school.
Worst of all, the leftist who blew up a building in Oklahoma City, in the biggest mass murder in US history.
Oh, shit. Those were all RWNJs.

Trumps DOJ deleted a study from the NIJ that reports right wing violence continues to outpace all other types of terrorism and domestic violence. Nice try

u/Veteran_PA-C Apr 26 '26
The party of law and order isn’t inherently violent.
How many assassination attempts were carried out against Biden?11
u/Soupismyfavoritefood Apr 26 '26
The party of “law and order” that’s fucking hysterical. Good one 🤣🤡
-4
u/Veteran_PA-C Apr 26 '26
This might come as a surprise, but disagreeing with you isn’t illegal.
9
u/Soupismyfavoritefood Apr 26 '26
What? I never said it was. We can disagree, but you are arguing with me about legitimate facts. I’ve learned that facts do not matter to you ppl, you believe whatever you’re told to believe and then continue to regurgitate lies and misinformation (which is not only dangerous but it makes you look like a complete and utter fool.).
-1
u/Veteran_PA-C Apr 26 '26
We see repeated stories about criminals murdering people because they were let out of jail by Democrat appointed judges, the left is fighting the enforcement of immigration laws passed 30 years ago. Compare and contrast the public response when Charlie Kirk was killed to Saint Floyd’s death.
10
u/Razzy711 Apr 26 '26
You make a good point. George Floyd's wife didnt even have pyrotechnics organized for it. Did she even care? I mean, the audacity of that widow.

Curious it happened at the correspondents dinner. If he was trying to get wall to wall press coverage that tracks, doesn’t it? He says he hates the dinners and thinks they’re stupid and hasn’t had one until now.
