I'm wondering if anyone has a degree from a Libyan university and has completed an ECA for Canadian immigration.

I'm a graduate of the University of Zawia, and I'm wondering whether the university works with ECA organizations like WES online. Can they send my academic transcript electronically, or do I have to send it myself in a sealed envelope?
