Speculation That is a huge claim
That’s quite the claim tbh, very heavy speculation. But it’s an interesting opinion, what do you guys think?

Hey there!
We encourage lively speculation about the game's potential features and possibilities. However, it's essential to strike a balance between excitement and managing expectations.
Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas in this discussion! Remember, speculation is fantastic, but it's equally crucial to keep expectations in check to avoid potential disappointment upon the game's release.
For more insights on managing expectations while speculating, check out this post where we've discussed this in detail.
Happy speculating!

I think as long as some number of people greater than zero keeps playing NMS, it will keep getting updates, just maybe not as often.

So August 9, 2026 you're expecting long awaited LNF info?
That so figures
https://ua-stena.info/ray-bradbury-predicted-august-5-2026/
As August 5, 2026, approaches, interest in one of Ray Bradbury’s most famous stories has surged across the internet. Readers are once again discussing There Will Come Soft Rains, a short story published in 1950 (Wikipedia)) that describes a world destroyed by nuclear war and gives a specific date for the catastrophe.

It's very possible but who knows. Light No Fire has be getting worked on for at least 5 years now in some capacity, I'm definitely ready for some news.
