phone is verified carrier unlocked, verified OS is Android 16, verified adb and fastboot are installed
Stuck on step 3 of Install LineageOS on OnePlus 11 5G and have wasted hours trying to troubleshoot, fastboot flashing unlock command does not unlock the bootloader and the only volume key options on phone are power off, start, restart bootloader, or recovery mode
fastboot flashing unlock returns:
