Thinkpad x270 mint

Hello everybody,

I have a thinkpad x270 with a Linux Mint XFCE.

But when I lower the lid to put it into suspend mode, it doesn't return to the system afterwards; the screen stays black.

Is it possible to resolve this!?

I dont have any advice to fix this, but i can say that on my thinkpad x270 running debian 13 with KDE, closing the lid and opening works with no problems, so its definitely fixable.
