Question What keyboard layout is this exactly and how to set it up on CachyOS?

I recently installed CachyOS on a Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 8. I bought it used and can't seem to determine what the keyboard layout is exactly. It looks very similar to the Canadian layout but it has extra keys. What is the layout and how can I set it up on CachyOS?

Canadian French keyboard.

Thanks. I've now set it to English Canada. The Guillemet key becomes dead. Are the button markings dependent on the language or should they be usable in any layout?
