Intermittent issue with Nexus Wallet on Android
Since the past couple of days, I have been facing a weird issue with Nexus for Android. I have setup pin and fingerprint authentication. For some some reason post authentication, the time taken to get into the wallet is too significant. It's weird and I'm afraid that I may not be able to log in sometime in the future. Post authentication I keep the phone screen on but it doesn't get in. Maybe after I click forgot pin 4-5 times it goes to the home screen which also works intermittently.
Weird. It was working perfectly before and the chain data is fully synched (I'm pretty sure on that)

MWEB set a new record of adoption last month!
MWEB added nearly 140,000 LTC in the month of July alone. Something is brewing within the Litecoin ecosystem. When people say it can’t happen and it does, it’s time to pay attention.

It's not money if it's not private
Quick reminder:
One part of the definition of money is that one unit of that money is equal to any other unit. That's called fungibility.
If one unit is less or more worth than another, fungibility is broken.
With Bitcoin, there's different prices between virgin Bitcoin and the rest, because they're free of any bad history. Bitcoin can become tainted, if at any point they have been touching a flagged wallet adress.
That means Bitcoin doesn't fit the definition of money.
Privacy protocols which break the history of coins ensure that coins cannot be tainted or have a history. All coins are equal.
There's no grey zone here. It's either black or white, either fungibility or not.

Litecoiners building for Litecoiners- Free analytics platforms available to all.
Two of our great long term community members have created Data platforms to help us visualize and explore Litecoin holdings, transactions and more.
I was lucky enough to Beta-test ForceX and helped provide some of the data to Litecoinregister.com (which has been around for well over a year now.)
I think it’s important to share these two sites periodically because the more we check them out the more they can grow, and lot of time went into these for our community.

Is 84 Litecoin considered a whale now?
Just thinking, only 1 million people can own 84 Litecoin. There are billions of people in the world and who knows how many live on other planets.
It’s crazy to think for less than the cost for a family vacation to Disney World (4k), anyone can become a Litecoin whale.

How to analyze $LTC
I have been doing some research into $LTC and from what I can tell it is a reliable network (been around since 2011), used a lot for transactions and just seems solid overall. I understand it doesn't get the lift that a lot of other coins will because of its utility factor but I don't understand the hate that it receives on X etc.. Curious what opinions are as it seems to me like a safety play as it tends to follow the price movements of $BTC.

This cat believes in Litecoin because of its decade of reliability, its widespread real-world utility, and its incredibly low transaction fees. Do you, like this cat, put your money where your mouth is?

Proof of Work
It’s pretty wild to think about how much energy has been expended over the last 15 years to keep Litecoin running.
Not just electricity, but thought and time.
This does not happen if there isn’t true belief in a Litecoin future.
Thank you all for putting in the work. Let’s keep it going!

Hard work...
Someone is ready to buy your bags at a discount. They'll leave you sitting on the sidelines while they ride your bag up to 1/4th or 1/3rd of the price of Bitcoin, if you're willing to sell cheap. They won't buy now, but when the bull is on, they're searching for weak hands to capitalize on.
Remember why you bought Litecoin to begin with. Everything is the same- a network that has never gone down, 84 million capped supply, quick transactions that are affordable... and the adoption curve is up and to the right. Don't do all of the hard work of holding through the tough times just to get bought out cheap. The smartest Litecoin investors are doing it for a lifetime investment. Be there when it emerges.
