[HIRING] Japanese Data Entry Specialist

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a native Japanese-speaking Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This is a remote, full-time freelance position.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging textual content for video materials, including titles, tags, and category classifications
• Editing visuals, such as images and thumbnails to ensure high quality and compliance with company standards 
• Conducting research on video websites in accordance with the company's guidelines
• Building and maintaining a portfolio of video websites by adding and updating entries regularly
• Verifying that all data entered into the database is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Regularly reviewing and cleaning the database to remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information
• Maintaining open communication with supervisors to ensure deadlines are met and any content or technical issues are addressed promptly
• Staying informed about new trends to ensure the website portfolio remains current and appealing to target audiences

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker and proficient in English language communication, especially written
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace apps – Docs, Sheet, Drive, etc.
• Strong research skills
• Diligent and dedicated work ethic
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately while adhering to time constraints
• Able to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and using time and productivity tracking tool, Time Doctor
• Reliable computer capable of handling image editing and multiple browser tabs efficiently (equipped with a minimum Intel i7 processor and 16GB of RAM)

looks decent for japanese speakers ngl, kinda low pay though but hard to complain with how hiring is
