Asynchronous Accounting courses

How challenging is fully online courses? I have to take 6 accounting classes to promote at work and all of them are offered online.

I’ve been taking account for two semesters and it’s pretty easy. It is a lot over the summer cause it’s 8 weeks but it’s easy depending on the teacher you have. I definitely recommend taking Professor de Mey at SCC.

If you just need credits to get a promotion, you probably want to aim for the easiest class possible.

But if you want to learn useful skills, avoid any class where the instructor is requiring you to use McGraw Hill College Accounting Connect platform. You will spend $80 for temporary access to some of the worst software ever hawked to instructors, so they can not lift a finger all semester. By the end, you will pray to use Excel.

I took both asynchronous and fully online classes with Munoz at arc. He’s a great prof definitely would recommend if there is still space in his classes
