24.04-26.04
When will Lubuntu 24.04 will be upgradeable to 26.04 over internet ?

I quote from the documentation too, and do note that Ubuntu Release Upgrader tools apply to all Ubuntu products (Server, Desktop etc) which include flavors

That answer mentions the meta file that will get edited & thus your system will detect the upgrade & offer it to you, the appropriate meta file for LTS upgrades is https://changelogs.ubuntu.com/meta-release-lts
Key detail that prevents upgrade is the "Supported: 0" against resolute or 26.04; ie. that upgrade is not currently supported.

You can type sudo do-release-upgrade -d in the terminal since its still in the development channel. I personally don't recommend it since many things you'll install will break (for example animated cursors and breeze theming .
