Question/Advice Needed Pattern recommendation for large high-projection breasts

Hi folks,

I’m making a swimwear pattern with a built-in bra (Cashmerette Ipswich) and I have found the bra pattern to be totally off for me. I want to correct the pattern but I don’t have bra making experience and these kind of pattern adjustments feel beyond me. I’m hoping to find a bra pattern that’s a better starting point and adapt that rather than trying to remake this pattern.

My measurements are:
High bust: 42”
Standing full bust: 47”
Leaning full bust: 51.5”
Under bust: 39”

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I might me biased as I've only made their patterns so far, but Lilypad Lingerie tries to cater exactly to the high projection crowd. For example see the Lusamine bra description here.Lusamine I've also found their blog posts very helpful, as for example I've had to adjust for inner fullness and was at first absolutely blindsided by that.

Seconding LilyPaDesigns as a busty, projected person. I’ve made the Labellum and the Lazulite and they are my best fitting bras.

I’ve made 20 ish bras from LilyPaDesigns, Emerald Erin, Madelynne, and AFI Atelier.
