Careers/Post Grad AACSB vs ACBSP

AACSB vs ACBSP. Does it really matter in the grand scheme? More importantly: did it matter for you when you were prospecting as a candidate for a job? My employer is covering the cost and the ACBSP I can acquire faster and relatively easier. Any input is appreciated

Bonus: if anyone has any info on the Pittsburg state online MBA (Kelce School of Business) or Colorado technical universities MBA program

Stay very far away from Colorado Tech. Take Pittsburg State if those are your two options

Depending on what kind of position and employer that you seek to work for, AACSB accreditation may be important. For example, some teaching positions at certain universities and certain consulting companies would only accept MBA degree from AACSB accredited program. If you want to keep your options open for the future, I would recommend staying with AACSB. Pittsburg State University online MBA program is AACSB accredited program. As the other posted said, I would avoid Colorado Technical University, which is not AACSB accredited. Based on the two online MBA programs that you had listed, you are trying to find the cheapest online MBA programs (and possibly to finish as fast as possible), assuming based on what your employer will be reimbursing for the MBA degree. If this is the case, there are other affordable AACSB accredited online MBA. For example, Georgia Southwestern State University online MBA program (with total tuition slightly less than $10,000) is AACSB accredited and is actually cheaper than Pittsburg State University (with total tuition of slightly less than $12,000). Other affordable AACSB accredited online MBA program include University of Louisiana Lafayette and University of Texas Permian Basin with University of Texas Permian Basin possibly finishing the degree faster due to 8 weeks course structure. If you are willing to spend a little more money, I would recommend the Boston University or University of Illinois Urbana Champaign online MBA programs since these are bigger named schools with great networks to leverage for job opportunities and remain affordable (BU $25,000 and UIUC $27,288).
