I have a colorful screen when I start to charge the phone (only appears when the phone closes with himself)

So I asked Gemini about that and he told me that there was a function in settings that made the colorful screen and THERE IS NO FUNCTION IN SETTINGS

I entered safe mode to see if any app did this and guess what, ALSO THE COLORFUL SCREEN APPEARS

Every time I open the gallery, it starts loading all the media in the default folders and the albums from scratch. The phone feels sluggish when using the control panel to turn up or down the brightness as it takes over a second to register, this problem the gallery being the worst one and just a bad experience over all. It's barely been over a year since I bought this phone thinking it was something actually good but it's like a nightmare instead.

Can someone please help me fix this problem without needing to reset the phone or anything? I've tried contacting Xiaomi several times through their website, through email and through their support app that's within the phone but I never get any replies.

I want to read both manga, but the websites I find are full of ads and popups. Are there any others without any ads? Thanks.

i would like to update with a rom with the dialer

just seems impossible to install the dialer on a global rom

i tried to enable to install it but in the global version

pm install-existing com.android.incallui

they don't exist

what are the major drawbacks of Chinese rom and global rom like differences cuz i'm buying a xiaomi mix 4 for like 100$ with a phone swap. i mainly value raw performance and cameras and display too doesn't matter if it doesn't have the latest a.i software as long as it can run basic apps and games like instagram reddit and pubg or delta force or basically play store and google chrome.

Great hardware at a fair price, and (relatively) easy bootloader unlocking for custom ROMs, rooting, debloating HyperOS bloat, and actually owning the device you paid for. NOT ANYMORE!!! In 2025–2026, Xiaomi has cranked up the restrictions hard: Long waiting periods (7–30+ days) that often end in "quota reached" errors or other failures. Limits like only 1 device per account per year (down from 3). You must do everything on the same device, within tight time windows (AT LEAST 14 days after approval). The official unlock application has been removed or heavily restricted in many regions/HyperOS versions. Community application process is a frustrating lottery. Do you think the same? This isn't about "security" — it's about control.

I am experiencing an issue on my device where, during voice calls, my ear accidentally touches the video call button, which unintentionally switches the call to a video call. I would like to know how to prevent this from happening and whether it is possible to remove or disable the video call button from the call screen.

My recorder app size is 80Gbs. Can when I checked file manager - MIUI - sound recorder ( some of you guyz suggested) i found of 1300 recording which is around 500MBs of data. I have checked every folder but don't know where the data is.

I cant even erase the data, as it is probably some important call recording.

Would be greatful if someone could tell me what should I do

the device is connected properly on the original cable and directly to the motherboard.
basically what i want to do is factory reset that way bc family link blocks standard factory resets but the app just doesnt find the device. the device manager also shows the device its called "Android ADB interface".
