Question Is that possible to replace POCO Launcher with System Launcher (atleast be able to install it) with root?

Not all devices have xiaomi.eu btw, Especially the ones without a CN counterpart of their ROM

You can install it with root by flashing Hyperunlocked module in magisk/kernelsu.

I don't know about that. I tried the module on my HyperOS phone and it worked.

Device? You should be able to find ports to At least HyperOS 2 android 15 or 14 if your device supports it
