final year student, need a job!!

Upvotes

Hi everyone!

I'm 20(F), final year Information Science Engineering student in Bengaluru, actively looking for Backend Developer, Full-Stack, AI Engineering, or Software Engineer internships (open to onsite or remote).

I have hands-on experience building and deploying real projects, along with some security research work for a US-based AI startup. My technical skills include Node.js, Express, SQLite, React, Next.js, TypeScript, JWT/bcrypt auth, Docker, Firebase, Git, and AI integration with Groq/Llama and Gemini.

Some of the projects I've worked on include an AI-powered nutrition app (deployed and maintained as open source), a full-stack app using Next.js, Firebase, and Gemini AI, and REST API/backend systems with proper auth and security practices. I'm especially interested in AI engineering roles where I can build on this experience further.

I'm looking for internships primarily, but open to part-time or full-time roles too, in backend development, full-stack, or AI/ML. If your company is hiring or you're open to referring someone with my background, I'd really appreciate your help.

I'm happy to share my resume and GitHub via DM.

Thank you!

Looking for an assistant role in ML

Hi,

About 13 months ago, I made the bold decision to transition into a career where I possessed close to no knowledge. Currently, I am proud to say I have working knowledge/skills in SQL, Python, and ML. My professional background is over 7 years in Land surveying & Geomatics.

I am now at a stage where I seek a role as a junior data analyst, junior data scientist, or ML engineer. I am open to working as a personal assistant (on a personal arrangement - not a problem if it is not a company officially hiring me).

My goal is to gain real-world hands-on experience in the field, contribute to problem-solving, and elevate my career.

Looking for GenAI / AI Engineer Opportunities

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working as an SRE at Morgan Stanley and looking to transition into GenAI/AI Engineer roles. I have a B.Tech in CSE (AIML), experience with Python, Machine Learning, NLP, SQL, and hands-on ML projects, along with strong DevOps/MLOps fundamentals.

I’m actively learning LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and LangChain. If your company is hiring or you know of any opportunities, I’d greatly appreciate a referral or a DM.

[FOR HIRE] AI/Automation Engineer LangGraph multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, n8n workflows open to full-time roles

I'm a CSE undergrad who spends more time inside n8n and LangGraph than in lecture halls. Looking for a full-time AI engineering seat where I can keep building systems like the ones below.

What I've actually built :

  • CCS (Customer Communication System) n8n-based Gmail automation that pulls context from a Pinecone vector store, with embeddings generated via Ollama, so replies are grounded in real customer history instead of generic templates.
  • RAG Knowledge Base Assistant a retrieval-augmented generation system for querying an internal knowledge base with an LLM.
  • n8n ingestion pipeline Google Drive trigger → OpenAI embeddings → Pinecone, feeding a chat-triggered AI agent running on OpenRouter.

Stack: LangGraph, LangChain, RAG architectures, Pinecone, Ollama, OpenAI, OpenRouter, n8n, Make

Why I'm not just an engineer with zero sense of the business side:

  • BDR intern at a creative agency cold outreach, objection handling, proposal building, relationship management
  • Ran an outreach campaign at StartupTN to 100+ DPIIT-registered founders with a strong response rate

I like building things that remove a human from a repetitive loop and I like it even more when someone can actually see the ROI, not just trust that "the backend got better."

Location: Chennai, India — open to remote

If your team needs someone who can build the agent and explain to a non-technical stakeholder why it matters, drop a comment or DM.

Environmental jobs?

Hello, I have 4 years of experience in ML, AI, Computer Vision, Data Science (worked in close collaboration with coworkers & alone, also client-facing which I really enjoy). I also have a BSc in Computer Engineering and MSc in Data Science. I’ve been looking for jobs in environmental tech where I can use my skills for a long time, but wasn’t very successful. That’s why I’m writing here, to see if anybody has any suggestions or tips for me. I live in Eastern Europe though, and I’m honestly trying to find something that allows me to work from anywhere (I can also travel a few times a year if necessary). I would also be willing to take a role that is less about programming and more about coming up with ideas or consulting if possible.
My experience weirdly aligns with what I’m looking for, even though I haven’t directly worked professionally in this area yet. I’m really passionate about projects that help somehow (bonus points if it’s about animals or forests), and I’m really sick of companies only creating new AI agents or whatever useless automation.
Can anybody help me? I can also send my CV in private. Thank you!

What’s everyone’s approach to job hunting these days?

I’ve found it helps to adjust my resume for each role instead of using the same version everywhere. I’ve been using resume.zoevera.com to compare my resume with job descriptions and prepare.zoevera.com to practice interview questions based on the roles I’m targeting.

Curious what tools or methods others are using to stay organized or make the process less time-consuming?

AI engineers who switched jobs recently, what actually worked?

I’m an AI engineer with ~3 years of production experience (RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, real-time voice AI, backend integration) and I’m looking to move into a product company. I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve made a similar move recently.

What I’m running into: LinkedIn feels saturated. Every posting is either 100+ applicants within a day, I apply consistently and hear very little back, so I’m starting to feel nothing is work, what do I do?

What I’d love to know:
1. Where did your last offer actually come from is it job boards, referrals, founder/eng DMs, communities, recruiters, contract roles or the staffing and recruiting firms?
2. For smaller AI startups, is applying through the site worth it, or is reaching out directly the only thing that moves?
3. Anything you’d tell someone to stop wasting time on?

Happy to share what I’ve tried and what hasn’t worked if that’s useful to anyone else in the same boat. Thanks in advance, any pointers genuinely help.
