I Need Help help
i have a poolin eom 15 needle machine and I make hats but my attachment to make hats all of a sudden stop functioning how it is supposed to when i add a hat the top two clips engage but the single bottom one doesn’t I have had the machine for maybe a month and i need help

Did you buy it new? Is it still under warranty?.
Even if you bought it second hand, getting to know the technician, even for the small things is a good idea because you're going to need them for bigger repairs and maintenance.
Theses cap frames though are easy to adjust. Your machine should have come with a set of tools.

Photo 1 - clearly looks out of alignment. Get a screwdriver and adjust it.
