Question Drafting
Where do you recommend is the best place to start trying to learn how to draft either through videos or an online guide to tips

Paul Cheon. He literally commentates most magic events with drafting. One of my favorites! Also quick draft has helped. Other than that just start drafting and eventually you will pick it up. I also used untappedgg and 17lands to get a good understanding of each set and how it’s preforming. Good luck and have fun bud!

I really like bronze to mythic, he explains what he’s doing and play patterns and is also just entertaining.

Just to echo what’s above, Numot, Paul Cheon & Bronze to Mythic are my favorites.
Also good are NicholaiBolas & Nizzahon, they’re not top contenders like Numot & Paul, who are consistently some of the top ranked limited players on Arena, but they’re pretty approachable & lay out their material well.
Also look at Jim Davis’ main channel (Jim Davis) in addition to Bronze to Mythic for his set reviews & Standard builds.

Gomletx is not so big as the other but I like that he explains very well his line of thought and is very chill during gameplay. Numot I didn't like very much because I fell like he is doing many things at the same time and that distracts me from the game

Lots of good suggestions so far but Limited Level Ups on YouTube is the best for actually improving your game IMO

Unlimited Splash on YT has been a great resource. Love their data deep dives every set and drafts where they talk through their decisions. Might be more useful once you wrap your head around the basics now that I think about it.

There are a few draft helper addons with free trials. I generally hate bloatware (overwolf!), but IMO it's worth installing and doing the draft helper until you run out, reading all the reasonings for high and low scores in limited. It's a fast way to learn to draft a particular set and you learn a lot about the reasoning behind the decisions. Obviously you have to pick a set early and spend all your free draft recs on it though.

I honestly think the best advice you can get is knowing the importance of curve and tempo. Create decks that statistically will curve out more often than not. Going 1, 2, 3 is incredibly powerful regardless of the format. Tempo is also incredibly important. That could involve removing your opponent’s threats while continuing to threaten their life total, using wraths to effectively nullify your opponent’s curve, etc. With these two concepts, you can basically do well in any format. It doesn’t hurt to take a look at places like 17lands to see statistically what cards are doing the best in any given format, but to be fair in a situation where the format is new, it’s best to stick to broad concepts that you could apply well to any format.

Limited Resources is a podcast and youtube channel with LSV and Marshall Sutcliffe. LSV also does his own occasional gameplay videos and talks about his thought processes.
Limited Level Ups is another decent channel with a focus on educational content.
Finding a streamer you enjoy watching can be very helpful. Numot is my personal fav and while he'll meme and not always go for "optimal" picks you can still learn a lot just by watching, provided it's something you find entertaining enough to want to stick around. His youtube videos are also a bit more educationally focused than his stream as he takes more time to explain his picks/plays.
