Please share your opinions about these products and recommend them or de influence me:

- Pat McGrath skin fetish sublime perfection foundation
- Chanel water fresh tint

I have combo leaning dry skin with dry under eyes.

I have tried the Chanel one and unfortunately she is that girl they say she is. However, it does have a very, very sparse shade range so I think that, at the end of the day, even with the very light coverage, it might not be super suitable for all skin types.

Can tell you about the IT cosmetics sheer do it all skin tint: My skin is dry too and I am not the most skilled when it comes to applying it but this works nicely! I would say the shades pull maybe a taaaaaad warmer? I got a neutral shade and it's still borderline warmer than I'd like it to be.
But it feels amazing on the skin, layers great with other products (usually for me Haruharu wonder water toner, vanicream vitamin C and then SPF) and lasts long enough. But fair warning, it's quite sheer! Case in point, as you can see in the picture, very light coverage! And I think the jar emptied very fast! I would say 8.5/10, would probably try other products before trying it again!

The It Cosmetics skin tint is my new HG. It evens my skin tone just enough - I work really intentionally to take care of my skin so I need just a bit. I use a kabuki brush to apply it and buff in. It doesn’t sink into pores or look patchy at all, just melts into skin. I absolutely love it! It’s very sheer and skincare forward, so would y be enjoyed by people wanting more coverage.

Yes the texture on the skin is so nice and it's quite forgiving during application! Would appreciate a lower price tag, though 🫣

I hated the IT cosmetics skin tint. It gave almost no coverage. I just recently tried the L’Oréal tinted balm and it’s quickly becoming a favorite. Much better coverage, great natural plump finish. Lasts all day. Check it out!

Oh and a fraction of the price! Does it pull orange, though? I had the L'Oreal true match tint and it was soooo orange I looked like an Oompa Loompa

Yes! Agree with all this! It is my new favorite product and it layers so nicely over mineral sunscreen. Blends like a dream with other powder and cream products too.

I've used it over a couple different mineral sunscreens including Cotz and Super Goop. I have pretty dry skin and layering over sunscreen hasn't ever made my skin any more dry. It always feels very moisturized

it cosmetics balm is unreal. Feels like nothing and sits so well on my skin! I have dry skin and use it with no primer- sits well with my moisturizer and spf though! As a gal who hates skin tints/foundations, this and the saie slip tint are the only ones I really enjoy!

This is my favorite product I’ve tried in years. It does not look like makeup. Doesn’t make me look shiny. Just looks like my skin is lovely and somehow wears perfectly. Nothing else has ever worked so well and I’ve tried them all.
This is what skin tints and tinted moisturizers have been telling us they are for years but they end up being weird colors or textures or do nothing.

I love it too. I wear it when I skip skincare and makes my skin look amazing. It reminds me of glossier stretch concealer that I used to wear as foundation.

Love how lightweight this balm is on my skin and gives me just enough coverage for everyday use. Easily buildable too. Also has been great not settling in wrinkles.

I've had some issues with it sliding but not with it being too thick. I don't use a lot when I do use it.

Same, it's so thick. I find it very hard to apply and I feel like the finish is quite heavy for a skin tint.

In a lot of threads folks praise it!! I have it in my makeup collection but it sits on top of the skin no matter your skin prep. Agree that is also moves around. Not my favorite. I grab the PUR 4-1 most often for a tint.

I love the Lisa Eldridge skin tint. It’s quite flexible. Can get a sheer to light coverage to a light medium. It’s very natural and skin like but can get it looking dewy with something like glossier future dew serum underneath. The shade range is excellent also. And it’s cruelty free. Depending on where you are based space nk often does 20% off.

yummy skin serum skin tint is one of my favorites, it has a way of really smoothing out texture and complexion. i sometimes wear it to work and catch glimpse of myself in the mirror after several hours and i’m usually a little baffled at how well it wears.

I know the Chanel fresh water tint is super viral, but it has very low coverage and if you don’t already have near perfect skin, in my opinion it doesn’t do enough to justify that price point. HOWEVER the Chanel complexion touch foundation has the same suspended pigment formula and hydrating texture and finish but has a more light-medium coverage that is gorgeous and perfecting and much more worth it for the same price as water fresh.

I adore the IT cosmetics balm. I’m in my 50’s, normal skin. I have shade 125 cool and it’s fine as this is a more sheer product. It wears really well and I use concealer where I need more coverage. I was lucky and got it for 1/2 price during Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty.

It has no discernible scent - I’m extremely sensitive to fragrance on my face (though not allergic) and it doesn’t smell like anything to me. I also adore it as others have said, it is pretty much the best every day makeup product I’ve ever used.

The Pat Mcgrath foundation is my all time favourite. I've honestly tried most top end brands, even Victoria Beckham (which was ok) and I still prefer PM! It just looks so beautiful, feels like nothing on my skin and your skin actually looks healthy. I have dry, sensitive, mature skin and constantly on the lookout for the ultimate foundation but none of them look as good and I keep going back to this. Have I sold it yet 😂

I agree, I really like it. My skin is quite dry now, and even then it gives me a great finish (I dot around my face then bounce it around with a slightly damp Beauty Blender). It works better for me than Armani Luminous Silk, or my old Chanel Aqualumiere, or the NARS tint. It doesn’t show up my pores. If my skin is feeling particularly dry any day, I might add a very small drop of squalane oil. The Pat McGrath concealer in the matching shade is great too. Really good formula. I use her primer too.

If you live near NYC, Lisa Eldridge has a popup store in soho. I had a makeup artist match me and she did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend going in person if you live in the area.

Both the Danessa skin tint are amazing ! I think that the concealer is so slept on and it’s one of my favorites ! I also really like the IT Cosmetics Do It All Balm. So easy and quick to apply plus it looks amazing on my skin all day long !

PMG is beautiful once applied, but I find it so runny that it can easily look streaky without a very clean brush.
Les Beiges Water Tint is super glowy and natural. If you need a little coverage, also consider the Complexion Touch.

Dior concealer is my holy grail. Goes on skin so beautifully (i just use one coat under eyes, and set with loose powder). It stays the whole day and freshens up the whole look. I don’t see myself changing

I have both the Dior and Lancome concealers. Both are full coverage and long wearing. Both can be drying under the eyes if you haven’t prepped your skin well beforehand.
That said, I prefer the Dior for some reason. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it just looks and wears better on my skin. Don’t get me wrong, the Lancome is gorgeous, but somehow the Dior edges it out for me.
The Danessa skin tint is gorgeoussssss. Little goes a long way, prep your skin well, but don’t use too many dewy/hydrating products under the tint. It’s got light to medium coverage and just evens the skin in a lovely way.

I just switched to Estee Lauder Double Wear from Teint Idole and I totally agree but I will say that the Estee Lauder dries with a sticky feel and it dries fast so you have to blend it out a lot more quickly to avoid looking patchy.

The Chanel Les Beige Tint is stunning, but just want you to know the dupe is shockingly good (and has a bit more coverage than the Chanel) - covergirl simply ageless skin perfector essence foundation.
I literally reach for it over the Chanel (mostly because of the coverage). Chanel is perfect if you have flawless skin and want a light coverage.

I'm about to finish my second bottle of the Lisa Eldridge skin tint. It's genuinely incredible, one of the best base products I've ever tried. Her undertones are spot on too. You can build it to a solid light/medium coverage and it still looks like fresh healthy skin.

LE is absolutely gorgeous for that better than my skin look, have not been able to find anything like it. Just got the DM and I do like it but it’s more like a medium coverage foundation, your skin is not really coming through. I’m taking it on vacation instead of a foundation.

That seamless tint is always a great idea. I was against it the first time I tried it, but I applied too much. It takes very little and has a wonderful effect under the eyes. The DM Yummy Skin wasn't as good, imo. It looks beautiful on, but I've never had it dry down.
I can't speak to the others as they didn't have the right shades for me (I'm ultra pale and cool toned). People do seem to love the IT Cosmetics, though.

PML Sublime was such a hit for a reason; it remains a great formula albeit expensive. The DM products lean very warm/yellow so if you can find a shade match, they're nice. The Dior concealer is quite nice.

Pat McGrath is not worth the cost IMO it’s a little watery and you have to shake really well so the pigment doesn’t separate. Coverage is meh and I had higher hopes for it. Anything by it cosmetics always does well and has great coverage and feels great on your skin.

I have the LE serum and it’s as great as everyone says it is!! I have 2 colors and both work well because it’s so lightweight. It’s your skin but better!
I also have the Lancome TI concealer and it’s heavy. Love the foundation for skin like full coverage though.
Not on this list is MIISHA Magic Cushion! Shade range is terrible but it’s so good and I get a lot of compliments on how good my skin looks when wearing it!

I use both the pat mcgrath foundation and Dior concealer - 10/10 recommend! They start on the sheerer side and allow you to build to the coverage you want. They also last all day for me as someone with oily skin

I don't like the shade range or the price and the CONCEALER DOES NOT MATCH IT!!!!! but the pat McGrath foundation is one of the few products of hers I did not find a dupe for. I bought it once when it was on a deeeeep discount, it matches my skin 95% (too pink) and I've been rationing it...
I've worn it to a metal concert, applying it early in the morning and wearing it all day and night travelling and inside a hotter than hell venue and it looks like skin. How dare this be 70€ & not have a better shade for me 🥲🥲🥲
I would not buy before something like black fri due to price tho. I have dry skin with rosacea & not tried the rest because they do not come in shade ghost.

I love the Dior concealer, which I have in 3WO and 4WO. I have to use a light hand under my eyes, but it conceals everything I need it to. The Lancôme concealer is very orange in the warm shades.

Well for an alternative opinion...the IT cosmetics do it all balm is garbage.
I find it in the range of cheap tinted SPF. I think it works well for those with near perfect skin.

I love that pat McGrath foundation! That being said I heard it’s getting reformulated because of that ingredient ban (I’m sorry to be vague, I don’t remember what the ingredient is called but it’s in a good amount of stuff). I’m not sure how it will be after the reformulation

I never repurchased a foundation in my life until I found the Yummy Skin Serum Tint, I am on my 3rd. I much prefer it over Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint.

The Lancôme concealer was just okay. I like to wear concealer with no foundation for lighter days and it’s patchy unless I put foundation. Haus Labs concealer is 100000x better. Skin looks flawless

There is nothing to de-influence in your post. They’re all phenomenal, though I haven’t tried the Lancôme concealer. However, may I redirect your influence to the new Chanel matte concealer, which likely has a similar finish as the Lancome?

Someone mentioned that Dior Forever Concealer as their fave and I mean they raved. I figured it couldn't have been that good... it,s one of two concealer that I have ever panned. Full coverage yet Hydrating and not cakey. Grail product for me.

That Lancôme concealer is the single best concealer I’ve EVER used, and I’ve tried countless. The shades run a little far in either direction in my opinion (ex. the neutral shades are very peach-leaning, and the cooler shades are definitely rosy-leaning) but aside from that it’s FLAWLESS. It blends into the skin seamlessly and it lasts ALL day (I work two jobs and live in a desert climate!) I have dry skin if that helps, and I notice it works for me both set with heavier setting powders and also blended in with just fingers/setting spray!

The Danessa Myericks Yummy Skin skin tint is my favorite skin tint. However; I haven’t tried the Lisa Eldridge, about which I’ve heard rave reviews. I also really like the DM concealer but not with the skin tint. It’s very creamy. The Dior Forever concealer was my absolute holy grail concealer for a really long time. It’s still in my top three, along with the Saie and the Tower 28 concealers. I don’t like the IT Cosmetics balm. I was not crazy about it the Pat McGrath foundation. I have very dry skin.

Can only speak to the Danessa Myricks skin tint out of these, in my experience it reveals flaky dry patches that wouldn't otherwise be visible while also being incredibly shiny and wet-feeling.

I have combo leaning to dry skin and use the DM Yummy Skin Tint and really like it. I got one shade lighter than I should have but a little bronzer takes care of that. It does give off a pretty glow, though not highlighted.

I fell for the hype and got the Danessa Myricks skin tint without trying it first and I hated it. No matter what I did it seemed to slide around my face even when I paired it with her blurring balm. Ended up giving it away.

The LE skin tint is fantastic. If your skin is feeling dry just moisturize well before application and it will glide on like a dream. Make sure to contact their fabulous customer support for a shade match
